I like their products, but UPS as carrier is a sign to buy something else. If you enjoy endless waiting. and "attempts made" by UPS several times when you are actually home, before it mystrically ends up in a store 30 min drive away from your house. Go to town.

Terrible quality products. I bought a waterproof jacket (which was very expensive), that turned out to be not at all waterproof. Huge disappointment, and false advertising of products.

Do NOT buy, their jackets are NOT waterproof. My partner and I each bought an Asynja jacket and wore them twice on (regular) rainy hikes. Water pierced right through each time. We got wet as a result. What is more, it is impossible to post a review on their website as the verification link somehow never works.

Jag tyckte Klättermusen var nummer ett.
Det var innovativt och hade en fantastisk kvalitet på sina produkter.
Eftersom jag själv fuskade ihop lite friluftskläder med min symaskin så var dom en fantastisk idekälla för mig.
Jag var till och med upp till Umeå och besökte deras klädverkstad.
Så kul, deras öppenhet var fantastisk.
Då, på den tiden kunde man även skicka efter material från dom.
Då jag gjorde det och gjorde egna kläder.
Vilken service! 👍🤓
Tror det var på 90 talet.
Vet inte hur det är numer.
Vet bara att jag saknar deras produkter från den tiden.
Fantastiska ryggsäkar.
Alla deras kläder var som gjorda för att aldrig kunna gå sönder.
Stod faktiskt en gång under Njupeskärs vattenfall. Mitt under allt vatten. Vilken duch! 😉
Minns inte vad jackan hette.

Jag blir lite ledsen nu när jag ser dagens omdömen.

Tips om man är ute efter praktiska och bra ryggsäckar för vandring!

Do not order! Delivery is taking for ever (shipment to norway). Been waiting for a month, not sure if i will ever get it. It was first hold up in custom cause it was missing the correct papers and now UPS dont have the address. Customer service is not very helpful, you have to ask and ask again. They dont follow up. Skip this brand and order somewhere else.

Terrible customer service. I bought a bag and it got list with ups. They told me i should contact them myself and try to fix it but it could take i while. I asked to get my money back because its not really my job to fix it. I got the refund, but then got an email that it was a mistake and I should pay again. I still havent gotten my package

570 GBP down jacket ordered directly from Klättermusen, arrived with several defects:
1- the pullcord for the hood on one side became detached straight away as pulled.
2- the stitching on the inside pocket edge was incomplete with several holes at the top of the pocket.
3- the stitching on the edge of one sleeve was all bunched up.
4- missing threads in the lining material close to the baffle stitching.
The down also was already coming out of the lining.

I reported the faults to Klättermusen and received no response. I sent the jacket back.

This is not a premium brand, both in terms of quality and customer service. Had I not bought the jacket directly from them, I would have said it was a counterfeit. Clearly they don't care about their products or brand, why send such a faulty jacket to the customer? Will never ever consider them again.

Went to the London Chelsea store and had great service from Omar - very lovely and informative! Great products.

The product itself is fine, but their customer service and handling of complaints is completely unacceptable.

While it’s possible to register all the necessary information regarding a complaint, the process simply stops there.

It makes no sense.

Review on the gear quality, not service:
Been using different stuff, love the brand since 2009.
All products so far stand out by thought through details.
e.g. Kaser hoodie jacket (Amazing, but super old), Freke Salopette, Liv West, Brage 2.0, and a Merino longsleeve with the famous side zipper. Basically, I love their detail and durability. However, the price tag made me a "sale only" buyer ;-)

I made the mistake of buying a Klättermusen backpack - never again. After just one hike, it developed holes in the back, loosened screws, and worn-out strap attachments. The backpack is now useless.

I requested a refund, but they rejected it since I bought it from a retailer and couldn’t provide a receipt. In my opinion, they should refund it out of sheer embarrassment for distributing such poor quality.

I’ll be getting my replacement from Temu.

This is an absolute disgrace. Your customer service is beyond a joke—it's insulting. I've been trying to deal with this faulty useless product, and not only have I been completely ignored or brushed off, but your entire team seems utterly incapable of solving even the simplest problem. How do you even stay in business with this level of incompetence?

Urusel kvalitet, skidkläder för skidåkare som åker med benen ihop och vickar på rumpan och sedan drar på afterski. Kört dessa klättermusen 5000kronors skidbyxor i två säsonger ca 60 dagar per säsong och byxorna tappar färg nere vid pjäxorna och se helt bedrövligt solkiga ut. Kört Peak, north face mfl skidbrallor och visst skär revor av stålkanter odyl men aldrig tappat färg:( reklamerat med Klättermusen tycker wear n tear - sumpigt! Så från en hängiven skidåkare välj något annat märke för skid brallor - Klättermusen leverade inte här - varken kvalitet eller kundservice

Terrible delivery times

I have waited 2 weeks and nothing have happened yet. I contacted them about the delay. You said that I would get a shipping confirmation from ups tomorrow. But I haven’t received anything yet and it’s a week ago. Would not recommend Klättermusen to anyone if you want their products and don’t mind waiting 2 weeks at least

On the 13th of May I bought 4 accessory bags with Klättermusen.

In more detail:

I bought in the SAME COLOUR: Clay

2 x 3L accessory bags
and
2 x 1.5L accessory bags

These were purchased for me and my wife and I bought two different sizes so that each of us can pick the size that suits us best.

I chose the 3L bag and my wife rejected the other 3L as well as the two 1.5L bags since she didn’t like the colour and neither of the bags had the right size for her needs.

Therefore I sent the THREE bags back for a refund with a UPS prepaid label which the company provided. In total 1x 3L bag and 2 x 1.5L bags went back for a refund, BUT ONLY 1x 3L bag was refunded.
All items were sent back in the yellow plastic bag in which they arrived and then sealed and placed into an additional and extra sturdy cardboard box.

The return was received, but only partially refunded which is incorrect or fraudulent!

Concerning the missing amount still owed (83.30Euros) by Klattermusen, I contacted the company on Friday, Monday and Tuesday (30th of May 2023) with no reply.

The e-mails used are:

(here I had initially communicated with Malin Lindström after the purchase was completed, to make sure our address was correct), therefore e-mails are received and read, but when it comes to acting correctly towards refunds the customer is ignored.

This is a case of fraud and I have thus alerted Klattermusen that I will make the Swedish police aware of this incident, as well as the Swedish consumer rights agency, while issuing a Paypal dispute in order to receive the rest of the amount owed.

Jag köpte via en återförsäljare ett par Andvare byxor som är avsedda för bl.a. toppturer, dvs skidåkning med stålkant. Byxorna köptes på kraftig rea men betingade vid samma tillfälle ett pris på Klättermusen.se på 5495 kr. För det priset ska en kunna förvänta sig riktigt bra kvalité på produkten, men tyvärr inte så i vad det gäller Klättermusen.
Efter tre dagars toppturande, dvs det byxorna bl.a. marknadsför som avsedda för, har båda byxbenen hål efter stålkanter. Förstärkningarna vid bensluten är på tok för tunna och klarar inte av annat än duttar med stålkanterna.
Reaktionen på min reklamation blev "handhavande fel", med särskrivning och allt. Det var alltså inte produkten som var undermålig, problemet var att jag hade åkt skidor med byxan!
När jag frågade Klättermusen hur det kunde utgöra ett handhavandefel att under tre dagar använda byxan till den aktivitet den var avsedd för, blev svaret en massa floskler om Klättermusens miljöansvar samt en lista med friskrivningar från ansvar. De erbjöd sig att laga byxan men vare sig den lagningen eller resterande stålkantsskydd på byxan kommer förstås att hålla för normalt bruk.
Summa summarum:
- Katastrofal kvalité i förhållande till pris!
- Charlatanliknande ansvartagande!

Bad after sale service. It took me a minute to order, took them a day to ship… but then the bag color does not match the picture, the adjustability was not right for me, the hook for the laine compartment was not practical… so I returned it. They got the bag the next day. Up until now you can see everything is fast. Well the refund process is the issues as after 10 days I still have nothing. Forced to open an issue on PayPal.
So far one of the worst experience I got from buying directly from a brand.

Otrevlig personal och kvalitén på kläderna har försämrats avsevärt. Håller mig till Fjällräven och Haglöfs!
