If you instruct them they will act against you but not in your behalf. Highly not recommend

They are a rude ....
Us they do t reply to their customers....n if they say we wil cal u back or let u know ..they don't keep their words n n when cal agian n again they become angry n don't respond....

Company is a shambles😤 no1 knows what they are doing ie (management).
Your hard work would never be appreciated even tho they work you like a race horse and don’t pay you the money what you have work hard for. There is always an excuse to why you haven’t been paid.
Work starts at 7am and I got in everyday for 6.30, crazy amount of parcels which sometimes your overloaded (they don’t care) then I’m out all day don’t get back to the depo until about 7.30pm and they think paying me under £9 a hour is acceptable and when you try to dispute it they don’t listen and underpay you anyway..stay away from this company if you don’t want grey hairs. I have people looking into this company I will let you know the results

Knights have lied to us over and over again. Absolutely the worst service I have ever had from any company. EVER. What they are doing should be criminal, taking peoples money and giving insulting service in return. Unable to address the mildest of problems in an appropriate way.
