The sales package is very impressive with excellent photos, drone coverage of the property, 3D footage, a friendly service, with supported viewings if required. The after sales team support and help take care of all the legal details, providing strong communication and updates along the way. A special thanks to Keith, Libby and Elizabeth.

Very professional and friendly service, Elizabeth kept us advised and updated of progress. Amy and Libby were extremely patient and positive when dealing with us by phone.

Knightsbridge was not my selling agent; they were handling the property I was purchasing. My own estate agents were terrible. Denise was your selling agent, and she was brilliant. The worst estate agent. Took my property off the market as they could not find a buyer. But asked them to remove the for sale board its now 3 months and board is still there what a rubbish company waste of time

We were very nervous about working with estate agents however Marnie Nugent at Queens Road, Clarendon Park Leicester has been amazing! Marnie has a ‘can do’ attitude to her work - this has not only put us at ease but has also meant that our dealings have been in a timely and efficient manner, thanks Marnie!

Rented through Knightsbridge and brought a house through them as well. I have been chasing parcels received at the previous property for over 2 weeks. Multiple phone calls with messages not being passed on. Tried to raise a formal complaint and spoke to Chris who was condescending and informed me that it was my fault the parcel had been delivered to the old address and that it was not their "core business" to chase parcels. I never assumed it was and chasing up parcels isn't my core business either I am a Doctor and mother I have many tasks to be getting on with but the agency is the only way I have of collected the parcel. I was given no time to explain why the parcel was sent there in the first place just assumed blame. Very disappointed in Knightsbridge and when I come to sell my home in the future I will not be using them. Poor communication and lack of professionalism has cost them.

Our property in Clarendon Park was valued yesterday and the process was positive and helpful.Ben Cooper was personable and informative and provided us with relevant guidance.

Very unprofessional, used them to let my property out. Paid for the top management service and received almost zero. They don't return calls, they don't chase the tenant up went the contract is coming to an end. Had no choice but to terminate my contract with them.
