Apart from using an esim the first time, the overall experience was great. It worked flawlessly and helped me negotiate travel/transit uncertainty.

I used the KnowRoaming Asia eSIM across Seoul, Tokyo, Bangkok, and Bali and it was seamless end to end. Activation took under three minutes: scan QR, toggle on, done. Data connected instantly after landing in each country with strong 4G/5G and no random drop-offs. Hotspot worked reliably for my laptop on travel days, and call/WhatsApp on my primary number carried on as normal since it’s eSIM data-only. The app makes it simple to check balance, track usage, and top up without hunting for local SIM kiosks. Pricing was better than airport SIMs and I didn’t waste time swapping cards or risking damage to my physical SIM tray. Support was clear and helpful when I had a quick settings question. For multi-country trips, this is the most hassle-free data solution I’ve used. Would buy again without hesitation.

The one star is for the service from Karabo. Who was excellent. Avoid this app, you will waste time trying to connect. Complicated and frustrating. Had to reach out to call centre for help after very frustrating technical issues

The experiance of useing a travel e sim was great, no issues at all, we were on a cruise ship, and connection in every port was on arrival, would recommend getting an e sim for travel.

Best Sim for travel

It was easy to use and to put in place. However, the network coverage in Montenegro was not good at all. A lot of times it didn’t work. I have an iPhone 15 Pro so I don’t think it’s my phone but the eSIM.

I have had a really great experience with KnowRoaming. I am using the iOS app and it has been a pleasant experience. My favourite thing about the app is being able to manage multiple esims from a central space and more importantly the ability to pay using Apple Pay. I have had excellent connectivity throughout my trip. You deserve nothing less than 5 stars.

It was really easy to activate. Thanks to your offer of 3Gig free with a Visa activation, I got to experience your service without paying. It was a great way to get to use your service and will be using it again when traveling.

Après avoir essayé plusieurs eSIM avec beaucoup de deconvenues, je dois dire que KnowRoaming est parfait. Appli facile à installer et leur eSIM fonctionne dès que je l'ai lancé à l'étranger.Aucun bug et en plus j'ai reçu des alertes sur ma consommtions de GB.

One star is too nice for this kind of service. i bought e sim for Morocco for 30 days and 20 GB. Service is not usable. Technical support do not exist, I guess they use some AI tool that was not working for some other companies. Useless completely. They wasted lot of my time trying to change all settings, and worst part they still kept 30% of what I paid and rest was returned. What kind of incompetence you have to deal with is fact they I was asked to connect to Meditel network and that network is since 2016 Orange. That was 9 years ago. Could you imagine what kind of knowledge they have? No, no knowledge. And do yourself favour. Get e sim on airport, it is almost half a price from this scammer and works well

As mentioned in our support communication, there were network issues in Morocco during the time of your trip, which unfortunately impacted your ability to maintain a stable connection.
We fully acknowledge and regret the disruption this caused. A partial refund was issued because some data from your 20GB eSIM plan had already been used, and the eSIM remained active. This allowed continued usage of the remaining data until May 2nd.
They acknowledge that eSIM was not working, and I can prove it with to many photos of speed test (no speed at all, eSIM not usable, they found that I used some of data, who can prove that?. Irony is that they kept eSIM active but not usable. I bought new one from Orange and worked well. So, return full amount and go out of this business. Problems exist, but if not able to solve them, this is not for you.

My esim connected easily to the different countries I visited, Netherlands, UK, Spain and France.

I would have been lost without signal, so really was so grateful esim worked properly.

Worked perfectly well all over Europe.
I just feel R669 for 10gig is a bit on the expensive side.

Easy “installation”… seamless connectivity. Would recommend!

They take your money and on arrival in the country you are visiting, surprise surprise your e sim doesn't work .
Avoid this at all costs .
Do NOT fall for this scam.
