Plus d'un mois d'attente
Après une commande passée le 25 avril 2020(soit depuis plus d'un mois) aucune nouvelle de ma commande qui affiche toujours "en cours" sur mon compte Kookai dans le suivi de ma commande. Aucune réponse du service client après 3 mails, aucun numéro pour les joindre, je ne sais plus quoi faire !
C'est la dernière fois que je commande chez eux !!

J'ai commandé un tailleur sur kookai.fr…
J'ai commandé un tailleur sur kookai.fr la robe et la veste en taille 40. La robe taille petit et je viens de lire que les frais de retour seront à ma charge....je trouve cela lamentable surtout en cette période de confinement.
Et de plus on ne peux même pas demander un échange donc des frais pour le renvoi et des frais pour une commande robe en taille 42.
Au téléphone, pas de réponse malgré une attente avec de la musique pendant 30 minutes 2 FOIS !!! Par courriel pas de réponse non plus ! c'est la dernière fois que je commande chez kookai je repars chez Naf Naf où les retours sont gratuit.
Je suis vraiment déçue de ce site de commande !

I am so surprised to see bad reviews…
I am so surprised to see bad reviews about the company and customer service. I had received my parcel SO promptly, imagine that I had ordered something from ASOS at the same time and the KOOKAI parcel came way before (and I live in the UK).
However I had overestimated my size so I had to exchange pretty much everything. Customer service responded to me straight away and supported me very well in the process. I go my exchange really quickly (considering I had sent it during the Christmas period).
The products are really good quality.
I am overall really happy, the only downside is the prices I guess, will use again.

poor client service
poor client service: my reimboursement took ages, while i sent the article back the day i got it.
Only after a threat to make a dispute in PayPal they finally reimbursed.
Never more.
