Perfect experience on emissions claim
Amazing experience. Contacted them regarding a diesel emission claim and the updates have been amazing, prompt and easy to understand.
Safe to say I’m a very happy customer - if you hear the ads for emissions claims and think naaaa it’s a scam believe me it’s not - these are your people!

I was part of a class action and I found it very easy to provide the information needed at each step of the way.
It was all done on line so little time commitment and a very satisfactory out come. I would recommend to others.

My Claim Against VW using Keller Postman
In many ways the service was very efficient but I spent a lot of time in finding and copying other documents than those I thought were the correct ones initially. KP kept telling me that they needed greater proof of ownership. This whole process left me with the feeling, has the documentation I have provided and which was eventually accepted by KP affected my claim in any way ?
