Compensation was worth £5.000:00 , Keller accepted out of court for £1000 ( we didnât have a choice ) payment has just been received , we got just over £300 , and the process was long with communication poor , the commission taken is so high

I filled in the Dieselgate forms ages ago and sent them off to Keller. Cannot remember when it was, but must be getting towards two years. To be honest, I forgot all about it.
Imagine my surprise when I recently got an email from Keller saying that my claim had been successful. I had to fill in another form online and sit back and wait.
