KRYDRUFI レビュー

I was really taken by the ultra painting station product for its compact design and multiple functions and adaptability. BUT where the rubber hits the road with a company is customer service when things aren't quite right. There was an issue with my order that they tried to fix proactively but when the delivery arrived the solution didn't work for me, even though they were kind enough to provide a extra FoC. When I emailed for a way forward they were very helpful and FAST with return emails and Karl worked out a solution with me that didn't involve the hassle of me returning anything. Great product and fantastic service. If this product is something you might like definitely go for it.

Truly amazing customer service and fast delivery

The core product is just really solidly built, it's very convenient to store brushes wet pallets etc. easy to keep the work station neat. Even convenient for multiple people to use. Very happy with it

I bought the ultimate station and have used it a few times- it’s excellent for the small amount off space I have for miniature painting, and I love how it tidies away so neatly. More importantly, for me, I had some questions and needed some support from the company - they were incredibly fast to respond and resolve my issues, always great to see a company that provides a great product as well as responsive and excellent support.

It haves every ting u need

Great customer service, and a wonderful product.

We have a warpainting household and a small house. So being able to pack up the wet palette, water cups, and palette paper/storage all into one tidy 'package', and also keep favourite brushes/paints we're currently using, or even a model all into the one compact space is awesome.

I bought one for me, and I ended up giving it to my son because he ran out of wet palette papers and his brand's proved hard to find near us. So I bought another Krydrufi setup for myself (and some extra papers).

We will definitely be continuing to use these, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a handy, easily portable, or space-saving option. (If you don't need to save space, you can hook multiple together for a larger palette space which is cool.)

I always think that the best experience to have with a company is to see how they resolve a problem! As we know things often go wrong when ordering online. For myself I had ordered a specific colour and received the wrong one. After contacting the company this was resolved with ease! I'm very happy with my purchases, this painting system is absolutely perfect for my son's miniature hobby, and Im thinking of getting another for myself for my canvas painting. I can highly recommend this, especially for people who don't have time to sit and finish a painting all in one go as it keeps it tidy organised and keeps your mixed paints fresh for when you can jump back in.

Amazing product and really helpful shipping info! The delivery company lost part of my order but Karl sorted it immediately! Amazing experience! :)

Really great product for the price and helpful customer service team. Shipping was a little longer than expected but it was only due to their uk warehouse running out of stock due to demand, which is fair enough and they kept me updated.

I saw this on their website. Krydrufi have designed and marketed a fantastic product. I've used wet pads before. This is another level. I'm able to clean brushes. Paint and transport. All high quality. Very good price and delivery was very quick. 3 days from purchase to arrival. More than happy. Just visit their website and you can buy various options for the type of painter you are. Perfect for me. Cannot wait to use it fully.

Got this for my son who loves painting models. He used to use a bucket of water for his paint brushes and a plastic board for mixing his paints.

The wet palette is perfect as his paint goes further than mixing on the plastic board. Overall it was a great product that suits all his painting needs.

Very easy to use and paint alongside my husband. Each compartment makes it easy to share!

Great customer service and proactive team. Made sure my product arrived even when the shipment was lost. Amazing 10/10 service. Product works as intended and was packaged well.

The rubber pads at bottom of paint kit work fantastic at cleaning brushes. Wet palette helped out with making paints last longer. Customer service fantastic and shipping was quick!

I had an issue with 1 of my items that I caused myself and They were happy to replace it for me free of charge.10/10 for customer service and their products are great as well

I’ve been using Krydrufi for painting miniatures and it’s been an excellent addition to my hobby setup. The paint pots are well-designed—sturdy, easy to use, and simple to clean, which makes switching between colors hassle-free. The water palette is a standout: super straightforward to use and it keeps paints wet for longer, which has really helped with blending and detail work. On top of the product quality, their customer service has been outstanding—responsive, friendly, and quick to help whenever I’ve had a question. Highly recommend Krydrufi to any miniature painter looking for reliable tools and great support.

would like to express my appreciation for the timeliness of delivery, high quality and excellent ergonomics of the Ultra Set. Although I’m not short of space, the set has helped me remain organised, and hence greatly improved my enjoyment of the hobby. I look forward to joining the Krydrufi journey and experiencing the next wave of innovation you produce.
