Pure utter scam. I have had nothing but problems with them. I bought what was meant to be the T-Popper, turned out to be something Chinese knock off piece of crap, then they start charging me for some subscription that I never signed up for. Now when you go back to the page to check up on what is listed in the fine print, the page can not be found. So not only are they using the genuine items photos, name and videos, they then scam you into a subscription that you can even access.

DEFINITELY DO NOT BUY FROM KYNVALE. ITS A SCAM!

Being sent an inferior product and then charged for subscription without permission. I’m actually really angry about it as I’m sure it’s all a fake company and I’ll now have lost over $100 AUD.

What a slimmy company! Unfair and murky practices. Tee popper is ok, far from being great. Their automatic subscription is the true scam. They don't tell you nowhere that YOU have to cancel or they'll automatically charge 40$ per month after you buy. This is a herrendous legal fraud!

I was excited to buy the product for my grandson who has naturally athletic talent. However was not at all happy when a month later I saw another charge on my checking account for a $40.00 club I never subscribed in. Don’t order because you’ll be scammed like me.

Same as everyone else, I bought their tee popper product, was enrolled in a subscription that I didn't want, charged for the product and the subscription. The tee popper broke the day it arrived.

Total scam.

greasy people/company charging a monthly sub without really telling you. Just because of this I really don't care if your product is ok will never buy again. Buyer beware!! It's not a tee popper that come it's a b hit trainer for $25 CAD on Amazon.

Just awful!!! Received a crappy product for the price point. Then was billed without my authorisation for their subscription service hidden in the order. Emailed and requested a refund on the subscription, all they told me how to do was cancel it going forward. Been chasing for weeks and still no refund or reply. A disgraceful and unethical company - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Absolutely stay away. I would rate them zero stars if I could. This company tries to scam you with a subscription service that you are auto enrolled for - at $60/month! Unresponsive to emails, zero customer service.

We have just received the popper In the mail. It arrived broken, but after reading the return policy, we decided just to re-engineer better components. What really gets me is the procedure that an individual has to go through to unsubscribe from a disingenuous scam that the company sells to you as a “club”. This club holds no benefit to the recipient, standing only to profit by monthly fee. This company has perfected scamming, approaching it from a number of angles to capture an unsuspecting customer.

Similar experience to others - signed up for a monthly charge without consent ($58 CAD), lack of responsiveness from company. Product isn't solid enough to justify this runaround. Working with credit card company to reclaim false charges.

AVOID! They sign you up for a hidden subscription with a one off purchase. The subscription is for something that provides absolutely nothing- £31 a month! Currently claiming back through my credit card company. Beware.

Has anyone reported this bogus subscription charge to their banks as fraud?? And any success through that route?? Im a victim of this bogus subscription charge as well

Same experience as everyone one else. They don't refund money, they give you store credit. You also have to pay to ship it back to Australia. The auto subscribe isn't mentioned anywhere during purchase.

Its a scam, they charge first for the product and subscription, every month they change 30£ without any intimation about the subscription. Product is also very bad with 6 well made plastic balls

Trash product. Brooke after 3 uses, zero response after multiple emails sent. Heads up, buy it and you"automatically subscribe" to a $40 monthly charge. It provides you with nothing either. Scam

Should get 0 stars, total scam. Low quality products and then they sneak in a recurring charge for a membership which you have to jump through hoops to cancel.

Terrible. The tee popper and balls are not the advertised product. Total scam. Received a cheaper and poorly assembled ‘B-Hit Trainer’ popper in a box that was damaged. The balls were different to advertised. The popper broke after about 29 uses. I also did not receive the 'The Coaching Playbook' and I can see from other complaints that the ‘Dugout Club’ is also a scam.

I’ve been hoodwinked. Same crap everyone else is saying.

I bought the ball popper thing. Kynvale then automatically enrolled me in a recurring subscription for $40/month that I never agreed too. The customer service team is not returning emails which is the only option to contact them.

SCAM! Obviously the product is crap but the recurring subscription is straight up theft!
