Great Experience — Fast Shipping & Beautiful Bag
I purchased a Prada bag from Labellov for delivery to the U.S. and had a great experience. It shipped out the very next day via DHL Express, so it arrived incredibly quickly. The bag was exactly as described, absolutely gorgeous, and packaged very nicely as well. I would definitely shop here again and highly recommend LabelLov!

This time was a bad service
This time was a bad service, not respecting my
demand to keep the article longer than 24 hours.
I had a good reason to do so.
Received a message that the order would be sent to me, never asked for that... Who got that wrong idea,,,,,,
I let you know that I was unnable to pick up my order a few days go , being on hospital
After today's phonecall , this situation should hopefully get better and be corrected.
It is not the first time we seem to have a problem.
I am quite a good client, please respect this in the future.

Zoals gisteren telefonisch besproken betrof het hier een foutje van onze klantendienst, waardoor U foutief een mail ontving waarin stond dat uw pakket klaar was voor verzending. We verzekeren u er nogmaals van dat uw bestelling netjes klaar staat voor ophaling zoals afgesproken. Nogmaals onze excuses voor het verzenden van een foutieve mail en de verwarring die deze veroorzaakte, we zullen hier rekening mee houden naar de toekomst toe.
We hebben tevens uw aanvraag om de LV Neverfull PM te reserveren goed ontvangen en hebben dit ook zo voor u doorgezet.

Wonderful experience! I came in to buy a bracelet and was received with great kindness. The staff took the time to show me different handbag styles, and one of the colleagues even provided an estimate of my bag's value for consignment with Labellov. Friendly, professional service and a very trustworthy environment. Highly recommended!

Ik had een handtas besteld. Ik heb ze enkele dagen later, degelijk verpakt ontvangen.
De handtas voldeed niet aan mijn verwachtingen. Ik heb een mailtje naar Labellov verstuurd met de vraag of ik ze kon retourneren. Ik heb onmiddellijk een antwoord met duidelijke instructies ontvangen. Dit getuigt van een correcte en klantvriendelijk service,
