The engineer was here at the time he said he would be, he carried out the repairs with great efficiency and professionalism. He was communicative throughout and the entire experience from Lacanche was outstanding. Thank you for looking after us.

We recently had our Lacanche Cluny serviced. It's 'vintage' and over 20 years old. A repair that I was dreading arranging, was sorted by the Lacanche team professionally, from appt booking to final fix. Our engineer arrived early, and was extremely helpful and expert. He replaced our faulty door hinge, and then checked all was working. Delighted with their Service. Thank you!

Chris the engineer was so informative and explained everything very well. Customer service was excellent from the very first call I made to booking the appointment.

We have had a dual fuel Macon for 15 years and recently had it serviced by Lacanche because a couple of gas burners weren't working as well as they should. The engineer turned up on time and did a marvellous job. He took it to pieces, cleaned the surfaces and optimised every working part. So impressed.

This is my 2nd Lacanche cooker. The cookers are extremely well made and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
Customer service is excellent and service staff, efficient and very knowledgeable. Rare to find such a high quality product and company.

I booked a full service for our 2011 LaCanche Dual Fuel Oven, following an issue we had with the fan oven not heating up. The engineer turned up on time, was polite, courteous and professional. He identified the problem quickly, replaced a burnt out thermostat, then proceeded to check all parts of the oven and energy supply. He explained what he had done, showed me the broken part and happily answered all my questions. I was very happy with the service and would happily recommend them.

We purchased our Lacanche Range Cooker which was delivered & installed in February 2023. During early autumn the smaller Fan Oven developed a rattling sound which seemed to originate from the fan casing.
We contacted Lacanche Customer Services who were extremely helpful & an appointment was booked in for their engineer to visit to investigate the problem. Within a matter of a few minutes he had located & fixed the issue. In addition the Engineer provided some handy tips concerning our range cooker, as well as carrying out a general Health check.
From start to finish our enquiry was handled superbly & we cannot thank Lacanche Customer Services & their Engineer enough for the impeccable way they resolved our issue. Great product & great support!

I have owned my Lacanche Cluny for 27 years and it’s still excellent.
I had a service recently and the engineer replaced the gas oven thermostat and a door hinge. The service was efficient, professional and speedy.
This is a cooker built for life with a great back up service behind it. 🙏

We have had our Lacanche cooker for nearly 20 years. Absolutely love it! Last service done this month was excellent and best we ever. Very through and Graham the technician explained everything he had done. Working better than ever. Highly recommend.

We had a Premier Service for our oven, which was very thorough. The technician was both highly knowledgeable and approachable. He took his time to do a good job, and fixed a problem we'd been having with our gas burners. He wrote up the job in full, giving us a copy of this before he left. Overall, we were very pleased with the service we received.

We have had our Lacanche Cluny for 20 years and we love it! We have it regularly serviced and the engineers are very knowledgeable and extremely competent.
Leon has serviced our Lacanche for the last two visits and he has been very helpful answering all our questions and giving us advice.

I recently required a visit from the Lacanche Service Engineer, Chris. Chris was able to diagnose and rectify the fault with our oven very quickly. He also made some other adjustments to the gas hob to improve the cooking experience. Whilst with us, Chris gave the complete range a thorough check over to ensure everything was working well. I am delighted with the service I received from Lacanche, from the initial booking to the prompt and professional way the engineer addressed the problem.

Just received delivery of the Macon 1000. Looks fantastic. Have not yet used it (awaiting installation of the rest of the kitchen) but just wanted to comment specifically about the delivery service - prompt, really helpful, nothing was too much trouble - genuinely the best delivery service for goods we have received to date.

Brilliant engineer. Sorted our problem straight away - just had to pay the call out fee as fortunately didn't need any parts. He was so knowledgeable and answered a few other queries/issues too whilst he was there. The call centre were so helpful too when booking the appointment. All in all a very positive experience.

We bought a Lacanche oven December 2022 and I love it. We have had a few minor issues and I can’t speak highly enough of the service provided by Lacanche. My call was picked up immediately and a visit booked with only a week or so wait. The engineer was excellent. Great service.
