Easy, just 1 complaint when I go to login the date starts on the day you log in for date of birth, you can imagine how long it takes to swipe back to my birth year 1963, please can you make it easier it's a nightmare. Thanks.

They are robbing people bought insurance at 11:30 pm next morning check the reviews didn’t sign any paperwork and rang them. 9 am to cancel the insurance after seeing the reviews. It makes sense when I rang them they said they will take the money £141 even I said I’m not used your insurance and where is the cooling down? Period even not 12 or 24 hours nothing they just said they going to keep that money for nothing so another victim here really bad insurance company

The lady I spoke to was very efficient, patient and helpful, and she took the time to make sure all my needs were met. I don’t usually deal very well with this sort of thing, but she made the whole experience feel easy, straightforward and pleasant. Thank you so much for your help!

By accident I got car ins. date wrong by one day to move it to the day before I was charged over £54 this is no way to attract new customers. I am wondering in the future
how much I will I be charged to make a phone call or ask a question?

This Ladybird insurance company is a scam. They completely needs to be investigated.
They advertise very cheap insurance quotes online, which encourages customers to make payment and believe they have secured affordable cover. After payment is made, they then contact you and begin going through your entire history, asking detailed questions about dates and previous circumstances.
If you make even one mistake or provide information that they say does not match their requirements, they turn around and tell you that they are no longer willing to insure you. Yet, despite refusing to provide the insurance, they still deduct £150 from the money you have already paid in less than 24 hours.
This has happened to me personally. I believe customers should be given clear and transparent information from the beginning about the questions, requirements and circumstances that could prevent them from being insured, not encouraged to pay first and then have their application scrutinised afterwards.
I am challenging this matter in court formally and intend to pursue it through the appropriate legal and regulatory channels. I will be seeking an explanation for the decision, a breakdown and justification of the £150 deduction, and the return of any money that I believe has been unfairly withheld.

Ladybird insurance replied to my feedback last time and gave me their email to contact them I did emailed them unfortunately still no reply from them . I’m still waiting for money to be refunded . It shows how does these company make people and government fool . I should have get at least some of my money back as I cancelled Insurnace within 14 days ( cooling off period ) . I’ve paid £166 deposit . After cancellation they demanded another £155 what a joke .

James took the time to work out my over payments and deduct it form the other payments and lots of things that sounded really complicated. When James D explained it to me he was clear and to the point. This helped me to understand what had happened and where the confusion began. He gave me alternatives on how to sort things out which resulted in my payments being reduced. Excellent work James D fantastic customer services.
