Terrible insurance company I had 2 policy's at the same time I wanted to cancel them they charged me for the next month even though the policy was cancel and wouldn't return my money. Second time they have tried to charge me £230 to cancel again Wanting a extra month's payment there Terrible stay well clear

Easy website and fast. Good price

Come renewal time I was offered a 31% increase in premium. This was based on no claims within at least the last ten years and the backdrop of decreasing car insurance premiums in the past two years and reduced theft in my area.

Interest it I wanted to pay monthly was offered at 23.7% APR?!?!?

Offers from other providers came in lower than last years premium, which is consistent with reducing premiums overall and their “pay monthly” APR for comparison was under 9%

The increase cannot reasonably be justified by evidence and smacks of relying on my inertia to change to top up their profits.

My car broke down. I called to cancel the insurance the day before my monthly payment. They said my insurance was canceled, but they wanted money from my account for next month, plus an additional fee. When I called them, they said I had to pay an extra 100 pounds to cancel the insurance. Then the system canceled the insurance. I told them the car engine was broken and wouldn't start, but they said it didn't matter. This company is scamming people. I don't recommend this insurance.

I need proof of address i got told from a call handler use bank statement i tried and then my ‘time to prove address’ was out but i have emails back and forth. Then they tell me its going to end. So i made no contact now they keep ringing me saying its still active and i owe them money. Scammers.

I had my renewal for my cars insurance, not gone up but still a lot. I went on a compare site Go skippy came up. Everything was explained clearly and a simple yes no with a button. They saved me money, simple to complete and a friendly service. Would recomend to my friends and family.

Terrible Service – Debt Collection Mistake & Awful Claims Handling
I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with this insurance company. Even after I paid my outstanding balance in full, they still passed my account to a debt collection agency. I contacted customer service to fix the issue, and they assured me it would be updated, but two days later I received another call from the collection agency. Completely unacceptable and stressful for something that was their mistake.
On top of that, my accident claim was handled terribly. My car was left pending inspection for ages, and the whole claim took nearly a month to complete. During that time, I received no courtesy car, barely any updates, and I had to keep calling and pushing for answers myself. No proper communication, no accountability.
Because of their delays and lack of support, I ended up spending £970 on a rental car out of my own pocket. Honestly, it made me question why I even bothered paying for fully comprehensive insurance when I got none of the service you would expect.
Overall, this has been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. I hope they review their processes because this is ridiculous

This is easily one of the worst car insurance companies in the UK. My experience has been nothing short of appalling. It genuinely feels like their business model is built around taking your money while providing as little support as possible.
Customer service is an absolute disgrace. Representatives are difficult to understand, unhelpful, and come across as dismissive and uninterested in resolving issues. Trying to get any meaningful assistance is a frustrating and time-consuming ordeal.
Their website is equally poor — outdated, confusing, and lacking even the most basic useful information. It feels completely unfit for purpose.
Overall, dealing with this company has been a deeply frustrating experience from start to finish. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid them and look elsewhere.
