I've boguth multiple times with Lake Collectables. Dan gives amazing service, is very transparent and everything always arrives packaged safe and secure. I wouldn't trust anyone else for my TCG needs.... もっず芋る

Never again!!!

Cancelled my order and got written confirmation "I have issued a refund for you" – then he shipped it anyway 10 days later and is now refusing to refund, claiming I missed the return window for an order he'd already confirmed was cancelled. Now dealing with Section 75 and Trading Standards to get my money back. Be careful trusting anything this seller says in writing!

As discussed over email, you can't request a return over 2 months after receiving your items. That's not how the world works. Sorry it had to be this way, but I won't be intimidated into accepting returns when you've had plenty of time to return within the required timeframe.
