Although it took a long time for the pendants to arrive, once received they were definitely worth the wait. At first I was skeptical based n the reviews, but Cindy was with me every step of the way answering all of my questions.
The pendants arrived well packaged and appeared just as they did on the website. No damage at all for sch a distance. I would certainly order from Lamppo again my experience was great!!! PS. I was not compensated for this review, it's my honest experience.

I ordered a lamp, the next day I emailed to cancel my order since the website said it would ship in 4-6 weeks. I wanted to change the style. They emailed back saying it had already shipped and that I could return it once it was sent. When I received it the quality was poor and it looked nothing like the photos. It also was bent in on one side. I put it back in the box and emailed immediately to issue me a return. They emailed back asking that I please keep it and that they would give me $30 off. So weird. I said no thank you, that it looked nothing like the photo and had a slight bend and was poor quality. She asked me to take pictures and said they cant refund damaged items. It's a scam. The lamp isnt even rattan its plastic and cheap.

I don’t even want to give this place one star but I had to write a review. This place is absolute fraud, do not order from them. I had to take my refund up with my bank. SCAM!

Die bestellte Lampe hat auf der Homepage einen wesentlich höherwertigen Eindruck gemacht, als die gelieferte Lampe dann tatsächlich ist. Der Preis ist viel zu hoch. Das erkennt man aber erst, wenn die Lampe ausgepackt ist. Dann war die Metallaufhängung verrostet und die Lampe hatte weitere Materialfehler. Das große erwachen kommt dann aber, wenn man versucht die Lampe aufgrund besagter Mängel zurück zu schicken. Auf E-Mails gibt’s keine Antwort. Erst nach mehreren Wochen kommt dann eine Antwort mit einer Adresse in China, wohin man dann die Lampe zurück schicken soll. Ich habe das dann tatsächlich auf eigene Kosten versucht (ca. 50 €), um zu sehen ob der im Internet beworbene problemlose Rückgabeprozess auch wirklich funktioniert. Ergebnis: es funktionierte nicht. Nach ca. 8 (acht !) Monaten kam dann die Lampe wieder zurück an unsere Adresse. (wenigstens das, ich hatte schon damit gerechnet, dass weder Geld noch Lampe jemals wieder zu sehen ist).
Meine eindeutige Meinung: Finger weg von Lamppo, es ist Betrug.

Wir haben wir 800€ zwei blaue Rattanlampen bestellt. Als die Lampen ankamen waren sie genauso schön und leuchtend blau wie auf den Produktbildern. Nach einem halben Jahr ist die komplette Farbe weg! Kundenservice sagt man kann nix machen.

SCAM. You will not get your order. I purchased a chandelier for $300 more than a month ago -- although a UPS label was created to make it seem like the order is being processed, the status has not changed in weeks. When you try to get a hold of customer service, 10 different people will respond to your email with the same apology text with no solutions.
No number, just an email. Scam! Scam!
Don’t buy anything from them!

These guys are a total scam. We actually did receive the light, but the part that attached the bulb to the other part of the light was missing. They said that that part wasn't included in the product, even though it was pictured in the listing and nowhere was it indicated that it wasn't part of the product. Don't buy from them!

I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased the chandelier. They sent the wrong light. I can send it back, but they will not refund the shipping cost of either buying the lamp or sending it back. I don't trust them to refund my money. What a mess!

LAMPPO IS BY FAR THE WORST ONLINE COMPANY WE HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!

We ordered three lights from this company and they mailed us lights which look nothing like they show online. They failed to return any email correspondences and we are now having to fight with our credit card company for a refund. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY or you will be their next victim!!

So ein Saftladen !! Die Ware nicht einmal 5 € Wert ! Ich soll die Ware auf meine Kosten nach China senden , Beleg schicken u so weiter .
Die Ware kommt aus Deutschland aber soll die jetzt nach langem hin u her nach Texas senden. Die spinnen doch !! Ich sehe mein Geld wohl nicht wieder ??? Paypal reagiert auch nicht

I wish there were more places that people could find these reviews before wasting your money. DO NOT TRUST LAMPPO!!! You cannot reach them, they don't answer their chat, and this means you can't resolve any issues. We had no idea that the lights were coming from China, so it took 6 weeks before we got them and it took 4 separate messages to get any response about the shipping at all. They sent us the wrong lights, which we spent almost a thousand dollars on and now are stuck with them. DO NOT BUY FROM LAMPPO!!!

Ich habe im Mai 2023 einen Rattan Lampenschirm bestellt der bis heute, wir haben Ende November 2023, nicht angekommen ist. Der Jundenservice hat zwar nach der zweiten Email geantwortet, allerdings nur ich solle das chinesische Logistikunternehmen kontaktieren, was nicht möglich ist. Paypal hat den Fall geschlossen, somit habe ich keine Lampe, aber 200 Euro weniger am Konto. Was für ein Reinfall!

Ware Kommt aus China. Retoure kostet um die 60€
Hab eine Rattanlampe für knapp 360€ bekommen. In den Händen hielt ich dann diese Lampe, wo statt Rattan Plastik verarbeiten ist (natürlich stand davon nichts in der Beschreibung).
Verarbeitung war auch mies. Ich hab hier eine Rattanlampe für 50€ hängen, die deutlich besser verarbeitet ist.
Ich bin so froh, dass ich über paypal gekauft habe. Sonst hätte ich mein Geld nie wieder gesehen.

Einfach Finger weg vom Shop!!!

Billig-Ware aus China. Keine Kaufempfehlung, Lampe ist 30 Euro wert. Kundenservice inakzeptabel. Rücksendung aufwendig. Finger weg!!!

No customer service, zero response to multiple message to the customer service link on the website. It's been over 2 weeks since ordering an in stock item and still no updates on deliver or responses to requests. I recommend not using this store.

My wife and I ordered 5 lamps. 3 were damaged quite badly and had to be discarded. One light socket did not work. One had several broken pieces. One was crushed inside the box. We submitted detailed explanations with pictures and the seller ignored our return request. For the price, this level of customer service is unacceptable. Be prepared to accept orders as is that are damaged.

SCAM OF A COMPANY. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SEND PRODUCT. THEY CREATE A FAKE SHIPPING LABEL AND NEVER SEND THE PRODUCT. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! EVER!

BUYER BEWARE. You will not get your order. Joke! Can’t get instructions in English. This is ridiculous

I was nervous ordering because I live in Canada. I asked questions and received a quick response. I am totally in love with my Salt Lake
Rattan light. It was easily installed and looks exactly as shown. This light helped turn my 1 room camp into a 5 star room!
