Worst customer service, first they sent me a broken light, then they sent me the wrong one. They don't respond to emails, there is no way to call them I finally had to do a fraud charge back on my cc. Stay away

I bought a lamp that looked nothing like the picture and they only want to give me $30 refund because it costs too much to ship from China. I wouldn’t have bought it, and I’m still fighting with them. Don’t buy from them!

The company sent me one piece of an incorrect lighting style when I had ordered two. Even though it was not my fault. I had to return to china at my own cost.

The parcel has been refused delivery there side. They have been left redelivery instructions but are refusing to arrange. They refused to refund either item (even the one not sent) until the package is delivered.

Sono davvero assolutamente insoddisfatta del servizio. Ordinate lampade con arrivo previsto entro 28 gennaio. Mi arriva avviso che il 26/1 non è andata a buon fine la consegna perché nessuno in casa. Falso, sono stata a casa tutto il giorno. Dopo varie mail e telefonate al numero verde del trasportatore come consigliato non ho ancora notizie del mio pacco. Pessimo

I accidentally duplicated my order. Their service team relied my email very quickly and dealt with it. Thank you!

It's as beautiful as it's functional. The service provided was impeccable and I couldn't be happier.

The lamp is good, but I had to tighten a few screws after assembling it. It would be perfect if it came fully assembled.
