Excellent - despite me being a bit slow initially in replying to their helpful letters :-)

Very pleasant / human / personable staff - not stuffy at all. That, married with a very efficient service, made for a great - and pleasant - experience.

Thanks in particular to Michelle - a great help and very responsive to questions / emails.

We recently had Lanarkshire Law Practice deal with the sale of our property and the purchase of our new one. Lisa Adam’s was our point of contact and she was fantastic. Lisa was all over everything, always available to speak should we have a question and always happy to help. In previous dealings with law firms I have found them to be slow, frustrating and requiring prodding from myself to carry out every action. Not Lanarkshire Law, they were efficient and stress free, behaving how a law firm should. I cannot recommend them enough. Top class service.

I dealt with karen Doyle who was really helpful guided me well throughout the process was polite and friendly can't thank her enough

3 weeks and they have not been able to tell me if my offer to buy a property has been accepted. The likes of Sharon, Karen and Rebecca are shockingly ignorant and downright rude.

At every stage of the process, everyone was incredibly helpful and courteous.
