Michelle was an absolute star. Her knowledge of brands and shoe attributes, including those they donât stock was second to none and resulted in me purchasing the most comfortable pair of shoes ever. Have started taking walks again. Highly recommend. ð
Top notch customer service so far!
I ordered some Hoka walking boots, for which the website said you need to work in US shoe sizes (they're a US brand). I got a call from someone at the shop about an hour later to check I'd ordered correctly before they sent them out, which was certainly a good idea to do. (Apparently 50% of people don't realise and order their UK size.) Then a couple of hours after that I received a notification from the courier company of when they'd be arriving. Top notch customer service so far!

Bad customer service and not providing refund when required to do so
After having received a pair of expensive boots as a christmas gift (which were purchased the end of October) they were unfortunately too small. Bearing in mind the country went into lockdown and shops were closed i emailed the company to be told I could return up to two weeks after they opened on the 12th April. When my husband purchased these boots they wrote in the diary I could return up until mid February for a full refund (however the store was closed)! I attended the Broadway store to return boots and was told they didn't have the size i required in stock and I couldn't receive a refund as they were bought in October! Although the note in the diary said mid February and although the store had indeed been closed. I argued the point with the manager of the store and she was not only uncooperative but would not refund the purchase money. I therefore had to walk away with a vouhcer for the sum and no purchase. I find it disgusting that although all requirements were met and due to no fault of my own but because of store closure i could not have a refund of my money. It seems all they care about is keeping your money in their store and providing poor customer service. I am shocked at such bad customer service and will ensure that my review is passed on to many friends and colleagues who shop in this store in particular

this website really let me down, even worse i was having a bad day, i ordered my wellies all fine and dandy then got an email a day later saying they havenât got that colour even when they had to have them in stock for me to order. i checked the website and they donât even sell the colour iâve been given
System error and no stock
I had been looking for a particular holland and Cooper coat everywhere to find one in landmark only to have my order cancelled after a day (it was supposed to be next day shipping) as their âsystem had made an errorâ. This is really poor and very disappointing!!!
Appalling Customer Service.
I was treated in the most disgusting manner in Landmark Stores in Broadway. Despite sending several emails as their online complaint form fails to work I have received nothing. Not even an acknowledgement. Hardly the way I expect to be treated after making a serious complaint. It appears that they care only for your cash and nothing about customer service. I shall never shop there again.
I resent having to pay to return an item
I ordered a coat online which was delivered promptly the next day. The quality of the coat and delivery was excellent, however I resent having to pay to return an item that does not fit, particularly given I have paid £200 for the coat. The coat was a heavy winter coat, and I had to pay for a signed return delivery which is pretty annoying. No complaints about anything other than having to pay for a return.

Brilliant first time experience with Landmark

I visited the store in Marlborough on Saturday, I was wearing a mask and adhering to rules (such as using the store's hand-gel) - my intention was to buy a winter weight jacket. I'd recently purchased two lighter weight jackets elsewhere and one of which, a Schoffel, I was wearing at the time. The staff member I encountered clearly didn't wish for me to try on a sufficient number of items to make a choice as he would have to 'quarantine' each item that I didn't purchase. The thought came to mind that perhaps the salesman should consider trying not to sell anything thereby avoiding the quarantine of merchandise altogether. Anyway, having used this Landmark store since 2012 (and having spent quite a bit with them) I'll not be visiting again. No try, no buy. It's far easier and often cheaper to buy online with the excellent 'returns' procedures that are now available.

Impeccable service. I had ordered a specific item at a big department store. After two weeks, they conceded that they had lost my order and could do nothing about it. Still wanting this item, I decided to try this store, knowing nothing about them, never having heard of them. Ordered easily online and item delivered next day by DPD local. If you want prompt delivery I'd strongly advise using another retailer. I ordered an item because it stated next day delivery which they weren't able to provide and didn't bother to let me know. Resulting in me waiting in all day for a delivery which hasn't turned up. Rubbish service.

Love buying local
Love buying local. So popped into Landmark, Broadway, as I needed a replacement winter coat. Visited the store on Saturday and tried on a coat and reserved it with Michelle, so that I could make sure of my choice. Popped back in on Sunday to buy and the whole experience was wonderful. Yes I paid a bit more than I perhaps would have online, but with that I got a friendly face (thank you Michelle), expert advice (which I wouldn't have got online), a product that I could be sure was in good working order there and then in a colour I hadn't considered. Also, they said that if I had any issues I could just pop back in. This reinforced my belief that buying local is best. Melissa was also very helpful. What a great team! Best buying experience for me in a while - so thank you. Will definitely see you again.
