(So, it's not a cult. lol That's been debunked by the American Psychological Association APA and the people in France who said it had to apologize.)

Anywho, I really love this work. Before the Forum, I really thought my life was over. I've dealt with some pretty serious health problems over the years and was about to give up on life. I have CPTSD on top of it all, so I thought I'd never work again. What I got out of the weekend was to be able to see clearly that my health problems didn't define me. I get now, that I am so much more than the list of symptoms I was dealing with.

After seeing that for myself, it felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. So much of the fear and anxiety I had about my life disappeared. My health is so much better and Since then, I have a new career and have doubled my income!

I don't always love that they want you to share about the forum but I do think that they push it because of how much they believe in the value of this work!

I left traumatised. The main lector had shouted at me for discretely looking at my phone. He then asked me to come on a stage and started to verbally attack me. Then proceeded to say, quote: “people like Hitler don’t listen to the rules. You are like one.” And I was so humiliated in front of everyone that I got a panic attack.

This was a few years ago and it took me a while and a few therapies to recover from this awful landmark forum experience. I’d never recommend it to anyone.

As a Psychologist I was very interested going into this. I've worked with thousands of people with trauma and Landmark's perspective is groundbreaking. They have a unique take on how to free yourself from your past - and it works. It's helped me personally more than any therapy I've ever had. And professionally my work has changed and become more impactful. I highly recommend this in both my personal and professional opinion.
What I also notice is how the negative reviews on here criticise landmark and I understand this. However what I would say is that these people that are triggered in the 3 days (and I've spoken to a few of them) are being triggered by their own thoughts. And they are quite fixed in their mindset.
If you are open, really to let go of your past, then this is for you. And it's way more effective than anything I've ever experienced. And I'm someone that studied formally at university for 6 years and am currently employed as a senior lecturer in CBT.

Please, stay away from Landmark forum if you have had trauma in your life, particularly abuse. They are not trauma-informed, yet poke at people’s traumatic experiences in an environment where people are drained by long days, little sleep, hardly a chance to eat properly (without also completing “assignments”). They have no mental health training or any support to help.
They belittle and demean anyone who is brave enough to question them .
Many people on this forum (London) left feeling worse than they arrived.
For those with trauma it is unsafe and triggering, and the “leader” has no understanding of this. Please don’t risk it.

It transformed my life.
Far from it being it a cult, it does nothing to distance you from your family and loved ones.. it brought me closer to them through forgiveness.

I did the Forum in 1993 and even today, l experience the value it gave me. Im a sceptical, pragmatic and realistic person. No pushover not a lovey dovey. The money l spent doing the course was and is worth every penny.

People who say it’sa money making scam are the ones who are the losers.

They only wants your money, wasting your time, That coach Michael kept asking to invite friends/ family to do the course. THIS COUESE IS USING US TO ARVERT THEIR BUSINESS.

Just stepped out after 19 hours (yesterday and today). Before I’ve been aware of the actually course results I’ve been pressured to bring family and friends in and sat through adverts to sell me more courses when I can’t see the benefit of the first one yet. Feels like a sales scam. Some content seems reasonable such as look at your behaviours and responsibility in your problems and drop the rocks of the past- but this isn’t new- just reworded into their bespoke phrases. The course slides contain sentences constructed in such a way they are confusing (and I read case law and medical documents so have a good grasp on English language). Anyone not understanding it is told they’re not getting it but let’s work and frankly it seems like they’re talked at until they say whatever the course leader wants to hear.
You attend because a friend recommends you, and frankly you stay for them too- but after the time I’ve spent on this (not to mention the money) I’d have liked to have heard something new. - but they’ll reframe that as me being closed off to properly listening.

This work is literally the most effective, groundbreaking I have ever done. Hands down. Its been not even 2 years since I've done my forum and I woke up powerful in my own life on that weekend. I am amazed how simple it all is in the end. My Seminars with Alice Higgins and Jerry Baden were among my most groundbreaking experiences and further deepened this work beyond any expectations, and expectations were high. Super thanks also to the London Center and Pip Gardiner for providing tirelessly contexts for my ongoing transformation. My mind is blown on a continuous basis. Thank you so much!

I've been participating in this work for over 20 years and 5 star is what I'd give it for every course I've participated in !
It a linguistic structure designed to give you liberty when it looks like you don't have any - on the court it looks like addressing relationships that have broken down, restoring love and affinity OR changing direction, careerwise, breaking through those thoughts of 'not enough' to produce results you only could have dreamed of OR looking in the mirror and liking what you see, both physically and liking who you get to be in the world ... wanna get that diamond polished ? Go for it!

The most amazing and thrilling adventure of my life started 10 yrs back and just kept going up in levels... discovering life and what it can be to be a new kind of human being for another human being. The Landmark Forum has been life changing!

Gave me freedom from a past that hunted me. Today I’m present when spending time with my kids, at work, with friends rather than being miserable about something that is not even happening anymore… I spent so much time going over and over those memories and re-living them that I wasn’t living my present life. Landmark helped me put all of that back in the past. So I have more time to do the things I love, gave me happiness and fulfilment. Thank you Landmark!!! Xxx

I have spent many many years on my healing journey and I discovered Landmark at rhe right time. During the forum and additional courses I was able to uncover what was hidden from my view and what had continued to trip me up. Now I am able to catch myself sooner and recognise when old habits creep in sabotaging relationships and situations. I am able to look beyond the usual way of being and alter it. The forum has change the way I view myself and my reality and I am now continually expanding myself in ways I never thought possible.

Life changing if you let it be - pretty much learning your operating system and how to be effective, and happy. I’ve learnt lots of stuff through life but nothing as impactful as how to ‘be’ happier and more present in life and relationships. For me, transformed relationships with family, enhanced leadership, letting go of stress, being present, transforming my work effectiveness and relating to clients (and money as result), confidence. Life gets more colour.

It is what it is, yes can seem aMercian, and for sceptical people it can seem over enthusiastic. If you’re someone who is judgemental, suspicious, or righteous and not willing to give it up to be happy, then you won’t like it.

If you’re willing to let your ego take second seat and find out what an extraordinary life looks like, and start to love yourself and others, go for it.

I have done many of Landmark’s programmes and they always deliver.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

One of the best experiences of life. Completed my forum on the recommendation of my brother 2 years ago. Discovered so much about myself and went on to complete the Advanced Course, Seminars and Leadership Course. If your looking to change up your life landmark is the place to go.
