Excellent service from Layen, very quick delivery and great support when I made a mistake in the delivery address! Customer service was faultless. Oh yes, the product is great too...

Really friendly Tech advice online.Top product and very easy to set up allowing me to change my Windows sound settings to the Layen i-sync and with the i-sync docked in my Bose sound dock gives perfect sound from my iTunes library
Set up took 3 minutes.

An old Bose Sounddock and Onkyo mini-system brought back to life by these fantastic little bits of kit. Easy to install, great quality sound and very reasonable price. Had a query about compatibility of both sound systems but got a very full explanation from Dawn within 24hours. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Great products at a great price!! Just picked up another secondhand Bose Soundock (£20!!!) for the garage and a Layen BT-Auxadaptor. Up and running in minutes...
Had an issue with my Layen I-Sync though the other day, emailed Layen (based in the UK👍) on the weekend and had a response first thing on the Monday morning.
Great advice from Dawn, and the issue was sorted (user error, in the end😏)

The LAYEN iDock what a great gizmo. Brought my unused Sound Dock back to life.

Superb customer service!
I have a very old Bose speaker which only works with my equally ancient I-pod. I was sceptical about how the Layen I Dock would work- but after a few teething problems- it works.
The advice from the company was excellent. I followed their instructions and now I have a fully functioning speaker system.

I have a Bose WAVE Radio CD Player several Years old with no Bluetooth. I wanted to connect it via Bluetooth. At 84 years of age Modern Technology is an anathema.
I searched the NET wrote to Layen and DAWN from Layen replied within the day with a clear and precise explanation of how I could achieve success with two Layen products.BTW, excellent written English too.

This little Layen has been brilliant in every respect, easy to set up, reasonably priced and has rejuvenated our Bose Sounddock which wasn’t getting used. Now got great music to listen to again without using the iPad speaker!

Great product and excellent customer service! I'd definitely refer friends to this company. Package was delivered quickly and the customer support is very responsive and friendly. I had an issue that was related to my speaker just being old (2004) and within 24 hours I had replies with more information and advice on other things to try. My Bose speaker now connects to my phone and sounds amazing! So glad I didn't have to replace it!

Purchased the LAYEN i-DOCK as I had a 30 pin ONKYO DS-A3 connected to my Technics system which had not been used for a number of years. Attached the I-DOCK, paired with my phone and the system was up and running in less than a minute. Brilliant piece of kit which does exactly as it claims. Excellent customer service with next day delivery. Would thoroughly recommend.

Customer service first class. Had a problem with an I-sync purchased as a Christmas present. A replacement which works perfectly sent with no quibbles.

I bought an i-dock 4.1 for myself and was so pleased with it that I bought another for a friend. It has brought my excellent Bose docking station back to life. The customer service from Layen has been first class thanks 😀

The i-Dock 4.1 was received very quickly and went straight on to my 'early model' B&W Zeppelin with the 36 pin fitting and connected as soon as the system was started. It appeared in the Bluetooth list immediately and the music streamed straight away and fully 'rejuvenated' the ageing Zeppelin. Well worth paying that little bit extra for the latest version.

I had a problem of my own making, but a quick email and reply from Layen resolved the matter easily. An excellent product with equal backup.

Great little product to enable us to use or older Bose docking station. I had a problem with my first item but the customer service was fantastic and within three days I had a new item. Would recommend both the product and the company. Great communication. Linda

Brilliant service & product is excellent just what we needed to update our old music system. Bluetooth works a treat now
