I dealt with Dawn in customer service. I found her to be most helpful and very informative. All responses to my emails were dealt with promptly and provided constructive information to help me resolve my problem.

Excellent product and service. Easy to pair and excellent sound. I had a small issue which was not even connected to the LAYEN device and their customer service was very patient and helpful. Very impressed. So much so I bought a second one.... 👍🏻

I am amazed how good this blue tooth adaptor is picks up every sound on the recordings it’s like a brand new musical experience my sounddock has been reborn for a small out lay highly recommended

The initial I-Dock didn't work. No problem, this happens. Dawn was fantastic at helping get this sorted out, gave me a discount for the trouble that i had, and I now have a working Bose dock that I had previously had to use with an Aux cable - if I could find the cable, and the adaptor, and it was plugged in correctly etc etc. Well worth the investment to keep your expensive equipment up to date. I had tried an alternative from a different, global manufacturer (that used the Aux input) previously, and that was simply a disaster. The Layen I-Dock 4.1 is so much easier to use, and once linked, is just like using the my other Bluetooth enabled Bose speakers.

Couldn’t be simpler, plug it in the Bose and it’s usable again, no more dongle charging. Highly recommended

It connects to my Iphone 11 effortlessly every time and sits in the SoundDock just blending in.
Customer service at Layen in first class, always there to help with any queries. Quality product and real value for money, get on!!!

Brilliant, what a fantastic little device from Layen. I had a Bose Dock10 which I purchased about 10yrs ago and it was such a fantastic speaker with really powerful sound. But you had to stick your iPhone into the 30pin Bose dock port to play any music as the Bose has no Bluetooth.

I saw the Layen iDock 4.1 Bluetooth Music Receiver and purchased it directly from Layen.

It was so easy to set up, just put it in to the 30pin port on my Bose Dock10 and press the side button on the Layen and it paired to my iPhone in moments.

Now I can just play my music without putting my phone into the Bose. Layen is very small, smaller than I thought and great value to for just £28 and it arrived the very next day. Thank you Layen. Kind Regards Alan - Dated 22/09/2020.

A brilliant little product. I’m very cynical about Facebook Adverts having been burnt in the past but checking Trustpilot reassured me and I’m so glad it did. It literally took less than thirty seconds to plug it in, link to my phone and hear Bose quality music again at under £25 this it an absolute bargin.

Really pleased with the device. Bought it for my sound Dock series II. I thought at first I had ordered the wrong one or it was faulty as when I did get sound it was very quiet indeed. But checked the website and the Layen unit was right for my Dock. So followed a simple YouTube to take sound Dock apart and cleaned the contacts. Now it's back to being amazeballs sound and the Layen Bluetooth works faultlessly. Cracking crystal sound! Super happy smiley customer!!!! :)

I was interested by a product that might allow me to bring my Bose Sounddock back to life. I ordered the Layen Bluetooth Receiver 4.1 but unfortunately, it was not compatible. I asked for advice and wondered if their AUX receiver. Although I had to send the first item back before purchasing the second as they do not have a swap policy, I received it astonishingly quickly and it worked within minutes. All my dealings via email were dealt with positively, courteously and promptly.

Like a few others I have a high quality BOSE docking station which was only used for my increasingly redundant ipod. This allows me to play all my streamed music in the highest quality. A top class device at an affordable price

I bought a Layen i-dock to bring back to life a Bose Series II sound dock. The i-dock was really easy to install. I had an initial issue with the level of volume achieved but, with the help of Dawn from Layen’s customer service, the issue was solved in an instant. Hugely impressed with speed and success of the service!

I’ve been using an adapter from the the old iPhone connector to a Lightning connector with my phone, which gets bigger on every upgrade, balanced precariously on the docking station.

Now there’s a very neat solution to an old problem. Great customer service and easy to install

Like most people I have been buying products online for years and I can honestly say this was the best customer service I have ever received. i-Dock brought to BOSE back to life. Now paired with my amazon Echo as well meaning great sound and all voice activated on a 8 year old device! Great stuff. Great service, device took 24hrs to get to me so brill. Thanks!

Just received my Bluetooth adapter for my unused Bose iPod dock simple to use and works really well.
I was really impressed with Layen’s
