We honestly couldnât recommend IanâŠ
We honestly couldnât recommend Ian enough! He came out to measure our house for carpets and wooden flooring and was absolutely amazing from start to finish.
He was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and most importantly, he made us feel completely relaxed. There was absolutely no pressure or pushy sales talk, which we really appreciated. He took the time to explain everything properly and gave us great advice to help us make the right choices for our home.
It was such a lovely experience and Ian is a real credit to the company. We wouldnât hesitate to recommend him and are really looking forward to seeing everything come together!

Lazy carpets were great from start to finish, scheduling the appointment was easy and Karl who came out to measure was lovely. Ask for Andy and Lucas for installation
We had Andy and Lucas from Lazy Carpets come to our house to install our new flooring, and honestly, what a fantastic experience it was.
Their flooring skills are genuinely out of this world. The level of care, precision, and professionalism they put into their work is something you immediately notice, and the finished result speaks for itself.
But what impressed us most wasnât just their craftsmanship â it was the way they treated us. Their empathy, kindness, warmth, and genuinely friendly attitude made the whole experience feel completely different from what you normally expect from tradespeople coming into your home. They were respectful, approachable, patient, and clearly took pride not only in what they do, but in how they make people feel while doing it.
Andy and Lucas are an absolute credit to Lazy Carpets. You can have the best materials in the world, but having people like these two representing your company is what creates a truly great customer experience.
Lazy Carpets should value them enormously â they deserve every bit of recognition they can get.
Thank you, Andy and Lucas, for an outstanding job and for making the whole experience such a pleasure. We couldnât recommend you highly enough!
