Very happy with the product and with the price. Dropped a star because the item was poorly packaged and, possibly as a result of the poor packaging, delivery was a day late.

The next day, I received a call which I missed, but it was quickly followed by an email explaining that the model I had chosen was no longer in stock. However, they would happily replace them with a similar model of a higher price, but for the same price as the reduced model I purchased.

Are Your Sure this wasn't New?
I've used London Camera Exchange for at least 14 years and I have to say I trust the company completely.
Last week I bought a Canon 90D body (used) that was advertised as having less than 1000 shutter actuations.
I'm not actually convinced the device wasn't an open box return. The body is utterly immaculate and even the packaging was 'as new'.
The communication was excellent, as always, excellent so I can honestly say they the Bath store provided me with outstanding service. Chapeau!
