Great customer service with the Bath LCE. So knowledgeable and helpful.

My issue was with the courier company DPD. I had to change delivery date which was accepted, I had the front door open and had a clear view during the time slot the delivery should have been made. No one turned up. I then rang DPD who stated they could not re deliver as I was out when the arrived. I informed them that the courier had not attempted to deliver my item as I was in and the door was open and no card was left. After wrangling and asking to speak to a manager they agreed to deliver it. This they did.

Friendly phone call when I called to check details of the lens. I asked whether it could be delivered to me the very next day as I was going on holiday & needed the lens. I was really pleased when I was told next day delivery was possible. The lens arrived by 1pm, was well packaged and worked perfectly. Very happy with my purchase and the service given by LCE.

Great little camera shop with enthusiastic employees, a good selection and very good second-hand selection, especially online. Website and online purchase system is a tiny bit archaic but it's always been packaged well and the quality is good.

Only received part of a purchase but when I phoned to query they had already found the missing item, packed it up and it was ready for next day delivery. Anyone can make a mistake but this one was corrected immeadiately. Description of items for sale is spot on too. Items well packed and fast (next day if ordered during the morning) delivery. Great service all round.

Absolutely fantastic company. I ordered some binoculars as an anniversary present for my husband but he had the same idea (we are off on safari). I therefore returned the ones I bought and dropped them off at a branch nearest to me rather than take the risk with posting them back. It was dealt with professionally and expeditiously.
