Another easy and good transaction. I had a couple of queries about the camera I was to buy and a quick phone call provided the answers I needed. A pleasure to do business with LCE (again!).

Great service, very competitive prices, informative website helped choosing the product. Dispatched and arrived quickly, very well packaged. Great communication throughout.

Next day delivered as promised, also packaged well. No issues at all, always my go to provider for new quality equipment.

Item as described (if not better !) V prompt, safe delivery by courier. There’s not much else to say except…

…one suggestion: hopefully LCE can move to using more environmentally friendly packaging …lots of foam in the very large box…. I think many dealers have now gone to paper / shredded card for packaging.

So 5 stars for the item itself, and for LCE’s customer service, but I’m knocking one off for the packaging. On one hand I feel a bit mean… on the other I do think it’s an important point.

Just made another purchase with LCE and wanted to say what a great buyer experience I received. Great price with faster than expected delivery. Visited LCE today to have a look at options for Canon mirrorless cameras and asked Mark, a very welcoming and informative customer assistant, lots of questions to help me decide what was best for me as a consumer. Mark helped me pick out a great camera and really helped with making a decision. I'm looking forward to visiting again to potentially purchase some new lenses in the near future!

Phoned up requesting more information on a Nikon 70-200mm lens, asking if a lens case was included. The colleague wasn’t sure so he said wait and I will find out talking to me while he went looking. Then explained that it was like new and the strap was still sealed and new. The lens when I received it was I would say even better than described.
