I phoned the local branch to ask if a certain camera and lens were in stock, they advised they were not but they sourced them from another location and I received them the next day. Brilliant service.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Fast delivery. The binoculars I bought online was a gift for husband I spoke with Mark at the Bristol branch who kindly put them in a plain box. Would definitely recommend this company.

Item I ordered turned out to be faulty. Not remotely the fault of LCE but their help getting it replaced within a couple of days was fantastic.

Second purchase and again perfect. The delivery was very quick, the communication is on point and receipts as sent via email and PDF.

I purchased Olympus 40-150 Pro at a very good price. Package arrived very well protected and the lens, which was not boxed, arrived as described in excellent condition.

I wish purchased Olympus 12-40 Pro lens and used the financial option V12 finance.... Once lens arrived and after testing. I paid off in full. All easy to do over phone.

I will do like wise with this lens to.

They had the lens in stock and at a sale price, all good. Then my card had a bad chip so wouldn't read. Had to return to computer and pay online. Didn't have time to walk back to the shop so had to have it posted the ¼ mile to me. Frustrating and time consuming but not London Cameras Exchanges fault. (Replacement card arrived week latter).

I bought a used lens. It was extremely well packed, dispatched quickly, and if anything is in better condition than was described. It's reassuring to buy from a legitimate business, and LCE's prices in this case compared favourably with going rates on eBay. I'm very satisfied, and fully expect to be a repeat customer.

I have been using London Camera Exchange since the 90s i have always found them reasonably priced especially for used items, they make it possible for you to buy items that you could never afford to buy new they are accurately described,all in all my favourite camera shop for buying new or used equipment.

Excellent service. Purchased a camera online on Friday afternoon and it was delivered the next day.
