Absolutely delighted with the Leophoto G4 Prom geared head I bought from LCE. The service I recieved was first class. I had to wait a short while for new stock to come in and I was kept up to date all the way until my package arrived. A well desrved 5 stars, I will definitely use there service again. Highly reccomended.

A brilliant purchase and a seller I fully trust
I bought a DJI Mini 4 Pro Fly More Combo and was genuinely impressed from the moment it arrived. Everything was spotless, well cared for, and even included a DJI hard case that wasn’t mentioned in the listing.
I verified the drone directly with DJI and found it still under full warranty with active Care Refresh—something you rarely see when buying used.
It’s refreshing to deal with a seller who is honest, accurate, and delivers more than expected. Fantastic experience from start to finish.

The staff were very helpful at guiding us through the camera options, giving clear advice and not pushing more expensive cameras for the sake of it. We were also shown the various accessories that we needed to get the full package in one go.

Purchasing through LCE branches used to be circuitous, having to apply in an online form for a purchase link that would be emailed, but now it is so much more straightforward. Customer Service across multiple branches has been timely and responsive, and delivery is often next day. Decent warranty cements buyer confidence for a stress free transaction. Highly recommended.

Thank you to Jon and the team at LCE Chichester. My lens developed a terminal fault on Monday, checked LCE website that evening and found exactly what I needed. Jon phoned me first thing Tuesday and was all paid for shortly afterwards. Arrived Wednesday morning. As a property photographer I needed that lens asap. I have purchased all my Canon and Nikon gear used from various LCE branches over the years, with the 6 month warranty I feel 100% confident that all will be well. I had a problem with my Canon lens which I took into LCE Chichester. The advice was to replace the lens as the cost of repair, if it could be done, was not particularly economical. The member of staff confirmed the problem and then located a replacement lens at the Colchester branch. Assisted me with the on line purchase which was delivered next day. Very pleased with the service.

Brian at Chichester is just a star.. I bought a pair of binoculars 3 years ago that had a Lifetime Warrantee but needed the original receipt as proof of purchase.. I had no chance of finding it, so chancing my arm a little I rang and asked Brian if he was able to help.. After a good few minutes, he found my receipt, emailed it to me, and I got my binoculars repaired free of charge and returned to me in 72 hours.. amazing. Big thanks to Brian !!

Amazing service. Needed a Lens in a short space of time, and they went out of their way to send me the lens on time. Quick responses to emailed questions, and the Lens is exactly as described.

I always go in to their Chichester store where their staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I get my sensors cleaned there and recently added to my collection of binoculars, after which I bought a harness for them online from Bristol. Great people and I thoroughly recommend.
