I went in with my girlfriend today to pick up her very early Christmas present. We were greeted by Ben who was extremely friendly, well mannered and knowledgeable. He helped pick out the perfect camera and we will definitely be back! Perfect service.

Did exactly what I wanted

Over the past four plus years, I've bought at least ten secondhand cameras, even more lenses in total and assorted photographic paraphernalia from LCE. Apart from a couple of items that had issues which were sorted very promptly, I would thoroughly recommend the company for your camera needs.

My latest purchase was a Canon EF 100 - 400 L MkII which was advertised as being mint/as new, which it certainly was.

Do not hesitate to use them.

LCE went beyond in their level of service in sourcing and supplying the battery I needed. Will use again without hesitation.

Staff at Chichester knew the camera I was looking to repair and knew that the same model was available at the Portsmouth store. Order was received the following day

Super service - phoned first to discuss a possible anomaly and got a very knowledgable young guy who really knew his stuff and quickly double checked my query to confirm the item was exactly what I needed!

Followed up by a e-mail link to purchase the item (2nd hand items need to be confirm,ed with them first….no problem) followed up by quick delivery - and at a fab price too. Really couldn’t ask for better. Would not hesitate to purchase from them, again. In a world of awful service, LCE shine brightly and show how things really should be done.

I cannot fault the Chichester branch of LCE. Their staff are extremely helpful, chatty, and seem genuinely interested in their customers. I had a fantastic trade in experience, then was lucky enough to receive my Fuji X100VI extremely quickly, with excellent comms throughout the pre-order and waitlist process.

Unless it's something LCE don't stock, I now only buy my camera kit through this branch.

Excellent and professional as always. Purchased a DSLR camera body from the Newcastle branch and collected it from Chichester the next day. Going back with an auto-focus query was sorted within a minute and grand daughter was absolutely delighted with her 18th birthday present.
