A smooth and efficient experience. Even though the item I wanted was in a shop somewhere in the UK and not in a central warehouse, the delivery was swift and secure. Very impressed.

LCE - always good in our experience
Ordered late on a Saturday, it arrived before midday on the Tuesday.
Free delivery was a bonus.
Second hand lens was in very good condition, but we've always had good service from LCE

You took my money immediately and then fulfilled after delays 11 days later. Another order with Park Camera the same day was not debited till they despatched. Using them not you in future

Used photographic gear at great prices
If you want to buy used gear, then this is the only one I use. You’re guaranteed to receive what you order and in the condition described. And their used prices are the best around. I’ve no worries when I buy from them. Great.

A slip up in usual good performance.
I am afraid not up to usual good standard. Somehow my order slipped through the net within LCE and was only actioned when I phoned Lincoln. When I did, the order was actioned quickly. The reason for lack of earlier action was not explained. I lost nearly a week's photography as a result of the delay.
