Same excellent customer service,condition.value (and packaging) which I have come to rely on over the years!

In general we got good service but nobody mentioned that we needed to buy a charging cable. The purchase of the cable was efficient over the phone.

Easy pleasant transaction and camera condition more than met my expectations.

Immensely helpful. They offered excellent advice for getting a vintage camera going again (my son’s trying out his Grandad’s 1950a camera for an GCSE art project) even though they had nothing directly to gain. It was really appreciated.

My local (Exeter) LCE was out of stock of the OM lens I wanted so my (on line) order was satisfied by Norwich with next day collection arranged at the Exeter branch. The whole transaction was seamless and at no stage was I made to feel ‘guilt’ for having ordered on line - the whole process was truly enjoyable and the local personnel absolutely wonderful.

I have been shopping here for 35 years, I do shop at other camera stores BUT this is ALWAYS the first place I come to.

95% of all purchases after comparing other outlets are made here.

I dont have a huge knowledge on cameras, so I phoned up the shop where the lens was being sold, I spoke to a great, helpful assistant who helped me with my camera.
