Excellent product, can't believe it's used actually it's in such good condition, and a significant saving over new. Arrived very quickly and well packaged.

I was interested in a used pentax dslr and had a few questions relating to the item. Lauren answered all the queries promptly and in a friendly manner. On placing the order online, within an hour the delivery company had confirmed start of the delivery service. Item was delivered next day within the stated time slot. I was impressed that the advertised condition was in reality better than expected.
So in summary excellent service.
Over the years I have purchased various items from lce stores in Nottingham bristol and bath and the staff have always been friendly, polite, knowledgeable and helpful.

I enquired about and then ordered a pre-owned Sigma lens. It arrived the next day (Saturday) but I wasn't able to check it over until the Sunday. It had been quite well packaged and matched the 'very good' (but looked in 'mint') condition advertised. Unfortunately, on mounting it onto Panasonic and Olympus camera bodies it produced mount error messages and failed to couple; clearly it had gone down (interestingly, a review by an Olympus blogger in Malaysia had noted the particular lens could just fail without any warning) in transit and was merely a fancy paperweight! I emailed the store on Sunday and Becky, who'd previously been very helpful, responded early on the Monday morning. With no quibbles, and no protracted discussions, a full refund was offered. That's why I only purchase online from camera shops such as LCE, from which I've ordered much kit over 10 or so years, because they care about their customers. So, brilliant customer care and I've already ordered and received another item from a LCE store.

Ordered Gopro 10, which arrived in good time and worked fine. But the box had been ripped open at some point, then just stuck in a postage bag for delivery, no attempt made to stick the box back together. Luckily nothing fell out and got damaged. Shonky packaging 📦

I used the website contact form to ask if London Camera Exchange had a product in stock and received a prompt reply confirming they had. I ordered the item straight away and it was delivered the next morning. Great service, I was very impressed.

The lens was as described and at a reasonable price. Packed and delivered very quickly. The only minor niggle is having to request a link to buy rather than adding to a basket straightaway. The link was supplied quite quickly and I suppose it is necessary to make sure the item is still in stock and has not been sold locally.
