Went into London Camera Exchange Reading just looking, I had been to this store before and have always had a great service, I was greeted by all 3 staff members, I am a canon man, they showed me all the canon bits there knowledge was really good, nothing was to much trouble, I did buy a canon R5mk11 i wanted one for a while and with the great service and deal they give me I was really happy, Thank you so much what a great team :)

Rang the Reading shop to discuss lens.
Very reassuring conversation with sales person.
Ordered online.
Lens arrived as promised.
Lens as described.
But yet to test it fully.
It all worked for me.

I have used LCE for many years and always had excellent service. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The website is easy to use and highly informative. Communication is great and emails are replied to quickly. Its a first class service thats hard to beat.

Martin at the Reading branch really helped us to choose the right camera for my daughter. She shoots her dogs for brand content and walked out with a Z5 and 28-200mm lens to get her going. Great service as always and a very happy daughter...

Your delivery policy of no secret place no nieghbour no depot collect is wrong I work mon thru Friday and at distance from my home. This was scheduled for tues attempted failed ( no one home) so now I have to get someone in my home to accept on Friday!! Needed for my holiday project in Spain leaving Sat morn.

Excellent price and service. Importantly, I didn’t keep the lens, but LCE returns policy was very efficient and the refund paid swiftly.

I purchased a used Canon lens for an excellent price - far better than I'd seen elsewhere. It was delivered the next day and looks to be in excellent condition.
Delighted with the service from LCE.

Inadvertently left my card reader in Europe and Adrian at the Reading branch assisted in allowing me to use the in store reader to upload to my computer. Adrian and all the staff were welcoming, helpful and gave advice. Perfect salesmen!

I spoke to the chap at Reading, he described the camera perfectly. I decided to order online and the camera was with me the next day. I found them to be very professional. Thank you. Camera is 100 percent spot on.

Adrian (Reading Store) had all the time in the world to go through everything I needed to know; nothing was too much trouble. Answered all the questions I had.

Great selection, fair prices and fast service.

Just placed an order for used Sony & lens. Adrian advised on the different Sony cameras and lenses and knowing I was eager for next day delivery, once the order was placed, telephoned me back to let me know he had actioned and shipped the order even though I had missed the 2pm deadline. Over and above! Thank you!!

I haven’t dealt with LCE before but I certainly shall again when I need more photographic equipment, ordered the lens on Thursday and it would have arrived on Friday if it hadn’t been messed up by DPD on one of their hubs. Excellent service , product was well packed and I even got a call from the Reading shop to check that all was okay and that the order was being delivered that morning, very impressed . Gary

Excellent service, quick delivery.

I needed a heavy duty strap for my telephoto lens. My local LCE branch were most helpful and suggested a different make to the one I had looked at. This was superior and I purchased it.

I am delighted with it and now hoping the the weather improves.

I called into the London Camera shop in Reading,
I have a Fugitsu Fufilm camera it hadnt been used for a while and the lense was stuck. I was seen by a chap called Adrian who was very helpful and said to leave it with him. I called in a couple of days later and he had put it back on charge and lense was working agsin.
I explained the camera belonged to my husband who passed away a couple of years and wanted to start using it again rather than relying on my phone.
Adrian explained it to me and ,although it is an old camera I feel that I can use it more.
I bought some bits and peices from him.
What a great shop and wonderful customer service.
I am going on a cruise soon so will be going back to the shop to get my pictures printed,
