London Camera Exchange - Reading レビュー 

My Insta 306 X3 arrived quickly.
I would have give 5 stars but the micro SD card supplied as part of the bundle doesn’t have a fast enough write speed to support all the X3’s functionality E.g. HDR360 video @ 5.7k

it's not the cheapest camera shop around the corner, but the folks in the Reading branch give really great advice and the service goes beyond your imagination. so far I have not bought anything yet but the passion and knowledge for film and photography with these gentlemen is on another level. What I like the most is the honesty and they remember you when you walk through the door.

I was looking for a particular digital camera and decided to check the LCE shop in central London. The shop assistant told me that the camera I was looking for is at their Reading branch and explained how I can make a purchase by calling the shop and getting a link via email. It was easy and fast. I am happy with my new camera. Thank you.

Speedy next day delivery with no extra charge. Always happy when purchasing on line or in store.

I called the Reading Branch to make sure they had the Nikon battery, which they did and told them the day I was going in to buy it.
Turned up on the day and was informed they didn't have any by a sarcastic slob of a salesman.

On returning home I was informed by email that they had the battery and some good person had put it by but didn't inform the rest of the staff. As it was a 2.5 hr round trip I wasn't going back so I asked if it could be posted and I would pay by card over the phone.
As it was they had some link which they sent me and I did it that way. I queried the posting charges which were removed and then received an email from Nikon with the price which was £5.00 less than LCE.This I
also queried and was informed that Head office would refund that.
The battery came and I am pleased with the outcome.

This maybe an isolated case as I have dealt with the Reading shop and found them ok, its just personalities.

Trouble is these days nobody carries any stock and expects you to order it over the internet thus closing our high streets and what little advice that can be given.

Convenient and simple ordering of goods online.

I have been using LCE now for over half a century, since I first began the hobby of photography. These days ordering from them on line remains as efficient and good value as it has been in their shops
