I used LPL to sell/buy properties. The communication was excellent, Ali was so responsive, kept me updated and supported navigate various challenges throughout the transactions. You get a fabulous service for a reasonable price and I have already recommended LPL to friends. Whilst I hope not to move for many years, I'd use them again.

Had an initial slow start with no responses but after that, communication, albeit virtually all by email was good, effective and prompt. The option to speak by phone was there but email for our circumstances was adequate.

Overall, a good service provided.

The company was very helpful with all the transactions from start to finish, however on occasions I had to reply back to emails with similar answers to questions they were sending me via email, their communication was really quick, I understand this was complex case however I had to step in to contact 3rd party for instruction to be sent, at the end they did to complete the transaction really and were very helpful of what I needed done. I would use their service again.

We started our house buying process in April and after the initial introduction process with LPL, we were assigned with Beatrice, one of the conveyancing executives. She has been amazing throughout. Excellent communication with no need to chase for anything - unlike our buyers solicitor. We had a detailed introductory phone call with most communication after being done over email, which we preferred. We always received a response the same day and mostly within a few hours. Even better, Beatrice’s team would actively work on our file if she was away and maintain good comms (thanks Ethan). The conveyancing went smoothly, with the team applying for searches without delay once instructed and uploading results to our online portal once they were returned. Genuinely impressed by LPL and grateful to Beatrice in particular.

Customer Experience was beyond awful!

Would not recommend. Beyond frustrating to deal with. Nearly cost Skipton the business due to LPL incompetence! the whole process took from May to September to complete. Absolute joke!

Did not choose LPL, would advise Skipton not to use in the future.

Using AI to generate responses to reply to emails, repeating requests for information, not answering our questions, constantly being chased and messages coming from anonymous senders.
Had to send information multiples times, because the app we had to use did not work!

Zero consideration given for the customer experience. Even made a complaint which was not followed up adequately.

I would definitely recommend Clare. She was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Even while she was on holiday, the person covering for her was extremely helpful and able to answer all of my questions. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely use their services again in the future. Highly recommended!

We recently bought our first home, and our mortgage advisor put us through to LPL to use as our solicitor. We didn't know what to expect, as it's our first home purchase, but with the help of Erica L, the whole process was smooth, and she talked us through each step from the beginning. The whole process of moving took 6 weeks, and it could have been even sooner, but we asked for a move-in date around 12 days after everything had been completed. Even the cost was very reasonable and beat quotes that we had from local solicitors. We found that uploading everything to a dedicated portal was so much easier than posting documents and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you so much Erica.

Erica was brilliant from start to finish - very knowledgeable and helpful answering any questions we had. We felt we could rely on her guidance as first time buys. The online portal is easy to use and the Daily Digest email are very reassuring.

I had a great experience with LPL during my recent house move in which they managed both the sale and purchase.
Peter Moran was really helpful during onboarding and prevented the process from feeling overwhelming by explaining the various steps and providing an overview of what is required and why.
Irene Moran has been amazing through the process and was able to push through the move in the final stages when other solicitors were holding up the move.
Would recommend LPL to anyone lookign at buying or selling a home.

I already left a review, but as the sale is now complete , i can update .
after my last review i recieved a call from someone at LPL asking about my review, and instead of listening to my concerns, he tried to belittle them and excuse them.
I told him that it wasnt up to me to understand the flaws in the system, such as phone numbers or links in emails being incorrect and he should just be listening rather than gaslighting me into thinking the issues werent real.
My brother and I will never use LPL again and I would not recommend them to anyone on the basis that they may 'get there in the end' but the process itself is disjointed, confusing and badly managed.
