We've been working with LeadPrediction for about three months as part of our outbound email strategy.

Like any new campaign, there were some adjustments needed early on, particularly around refining our target accounts and lead lists. Once we shared our feedback, their team was responsive and made the necessary changes to better align the campaign with our goals.

Since then, we've already closed one new customer directly from the campaign, which has been a great result. We're continuing to optimize our targeting, and the team is currently making additional updates to expand the ZIP codes and service areas we're focusing on.

Overall, we've had a positive experience. The team has been receptive to feedback, made adjustments when needed, and remained committed to improving the campaign's performance. I'd also like to recognize our campaign manager, **Sofian Jomaa**, who has been excellent to work with throughout the process. He's always been available to answer questions, quick to support our requests, and has consistently been friendly, honest, and transparent.
