Hello my name is Demetrius Young and I just have to say that leather Jacketz is an A1 company. The way that the material of the products are confirmed from are 2nd to none. The customer service is Top shelf as well. They were able to assist with switching to another jacket with no resistance. I will definitely be buying from them in the near future. This is the place to buy from for quality products for sure.

I ordered a Star Trek jacket as a


I ordered a Star Trek jacket as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. The jacket was great, but I ordered the wrong size. Luckily, customer service responded within 24 hours and gave me several options to choose from. They also made sure I received the new one as fast as possible. I would definitely order from this company again. Thank you Walter Jr. for all of your help and your fast responses!

Don't take chances with this company

Ordered a Christmas gift from this company and their site said delivery would be in plenty of time. After not hearing from them for weeks, I emailed and we've gone back and forth (politely) a few times. Today, they said they were canceling my order. So, no Christmas gift and now it's too late to order it from anywhere else. This company is a scam. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHANCES with this company.

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE, if I could give this scammer company a big fat ZERO then I would. Customer service is horrible, you can never get anyone on the phone and they would nit cancel my order even though it is still processing & has been for the last 8 days. Do not buy anything from this scamming company. Please save yourself time & money. Shop elsewhere, they are frauds.

Worst company I’ve ever worked with

Worst company I’ve ever worked with. Their customer service is terrible and a scam. If you receive a damaged item, you’re screwed. Not only do you have to pay around 150-200$ to ship it back to Pakistan , they only give you 20% partial credit for a refund. Stay far away from this scam company

Worst Material and Returns

Worst material. Cannot return items affordability. They will make you pay to ship back to Pakistan. Terrible experience. Please do not purchase from them.
