People with a lot of experience know how to give the quick response in addition to the cheap price I received from them.
At first I had no knowledge of registering a business. They explained everything I needed patiently through the email and announcements, all this before the purchase. Thank you very much for the good service, I highly recommend them, I will return there again.

I had lots and lots of questions. Robert was easily available and able to answer them all until I felt like I had a good grasp on the process and requirements. I made lots of changes throughout the process and they went back and forth with me several times until I felt confident that we produced the best application possible. It may have been a little less work for me if I had hired an attorney but probably not as I still would have wanted to research all my options personally.

Update: I have now been refunded my order via Paypal.

Update: LegalSherpa tried to silence my review by stating it was not from an actual customer, I have since verified my order information with Trustpilot and my review is back. I have recently done a test order without fully completing the order (Everything but hitting the pay now button). On the initial page there is a large button that says "Start Here" or similar... if you scroll down to the bottom of the page is much smaller font it states there will be a $275 fee afterwards, but this is the only place it actually states the amount of the fee, before you actually start the application/contract. The only other place I noticed any mention of a fee is at the very end in fine print, but it does not state the amount you will be paying.

Not upfront (at least noticeable, must be super fine print) about the amount of additional fees that are not included in you initial payment. Wont refund now, so I either waste over $100 or pay the filing fee I didn't know about.

Legal Sherpa is fast reliable and 100% scam free...I spoke with live people to walk me through the process step by step...also via email.. checked the ustpo site, and bammmmm!!!! There was my trademark...I'm in business...I will definitely be using them for my next business venture....thanks legal sherpa...til next time.

After leaving 2 voicemails, three emails, and using the live chat not a single response or live person. I filled a TM registration and it had been 9 days. They said it would take 3 to 5. I honestly don't believe anyone works there.

Processed a trademark through LegalSherpa (Robert) and was extremely satisfied with Robert's customer care and he answered all my questions promptly. Robert & LegalSherpa have all my future business as well.

I used legalsherpa to file for trademark.
1st. The trademark was denied because the person in charge of filing did not specify few things.
2. I have been calling and nobody answers.
3. They do not have customer service. They only answer to new customers.

I needed assistance with a copyright application - the information I found on the internet was confusing, and I couldn't afford a lawyer (typically $1,000.00 or more). I really needed someone to help me navigate through this process! I decided to try LegalSherpa and wow! The price was great - and the people I talked with, whether on the phone or via email, were patient with my many questions and really willing to work with me to help me understand the nuances of what I wanted to do.
