We worked with Louise Reading to secure a mortgage as first time buyers - she was fantastic throughout the process. She responded immediately and was always only a phone call or email away. She took time to explain our options clearly and was always more than happy to answer questions. She didn't bat an eyelid about several hiccups (from us and our solicitor) and was able to resolve them with no issue. As an NHS doctor who was moving from an academic fellow role to a training programme I was worried about being able to access a mortgage but Louise was able to find us a great mortgage with no stress on our end. I would (and have) recommended her to friends and family.
