Rowans recently managed a major project of window replacement in our block of flats. Ed Wilson our property manager kept me well informed and managed the whole process effectively and professionally. The job was completed as scheduled and all owners are happy with the work We have been with Rowans for a few years and all the staff are helpful, friendly and professional.

Rowan are the appointed managing agents for a new 27 apartment Chandler Homes development in lytham. From the outset the service provided has been faultless. Professional and exemplary in every respect. The estate manager Amy Johnson is a star - experienced, proactive and a pleasure to deal with. The estate is in very good hands for the future. A highly recommended Company to deal with.

We have been very fortunate to have Rowan BM as our managing agent for the past 7 months. We wish we had been aware of them sooner/ earlier.
They came on board when we were part way through a multi million pound renovation project and at the beginning of other major works. They quickly took control and have been extremely professional in their dealings with all parties involved, removing much of the stress that the directors were experiencing prior to this.
Tom, our Property Manager is exceptional. He is extremely knowledgeable, always professional and nothing is too much trouble. Communication is excellent, timely and courteous. It is difficult to put into words how impressed we are with the support we receive from Tom.
In addition to the outstanding level of support we receive from Tom, we have been impressed by the specialist support we have received from Simone and Stuart when required.

R G Parkins & Partners Ltd have worked with Rowan Block Management for many years, we have always found them extremely professional company. The staff are knowledgeable and understand the issues which can arise and are always courteous to owners and tenants.

Very good at communicating - always quick to answer calls and emails. Staff very friendly but most importantly professional in how they ensure everything is done safely and by the book.

First Major Works i.e. New Roofs on all 3 Blocks.
They werecompleted within Budget despite a week overrun after the industry's two week Winter Break.
The more than usual extreme rainfall and strong, at times dangerous hazadous wind levels, throughout the Autumn caused minor setbacks. Thers were efficiently managed and rectified.
The Building Safety Regulations were observed with Rowan site checks and residents access needs factored in.
A challenging Project well managed by a small knowledgeable, professional, supportive team.

My dealings with Rowan have been as a self employed decorator, via contact of a staff member named Ed Wilson. In the approximate 15 months since knowing Ed all contact, correspondence, dealings, meetings, discussions, encounters regarding work related issues, etc. have been conducted in exemplary fashion.
The way in which he speaks and acts is to be praised, as he always seeks to find a solution that is fair to all and unlike many is pragmatic when the need arises.
In my opinion Ed is very competent and dedicated to doing his best, which is all you can wish for in any employee.

The extensive repair work to the outside wall of property adjoining our property (which was most affected by the work) has now been successfully completed. Our thanks go particularly to Connor and Stuart our very helpful contacts at Rowan, who have both been very supportive and accommodating during the preparation and in employing an excellent, professional local contractor. Connor was always ready to assist when needed and very much appreciated for his competent help.

Rowan have managed our flats for several years and can't fault them. Our manager is Amy Goodall. She is friendly and considerate. She is also knowledgeable, conscientious, competent and a pleasure to work with. Asking Rowan to manage our complex was the best decision and would definitely recommend them.

Amy has been extremely helpful and well informed when we’ve dealt with her. She’s quick and efficient in responding to our queries. Definitely an asset to Rowan BM.

As a cleaning contractor working across multiple sites managed by Rowan, we’ve consistently had a very positive experience with their team. They are always quick to attend sites when issues arise and are excellent at listening to both contractors and clients to make sure needs are properly understood.

Communication is clear and responsive, which helps problems get resolved quickly for the benefit of the clients. We’ve also found Rowan to be very prompt when it comes to paying invoices, which is greatly appreciated in our line of work.

Overall, they are a professional and reliable property management company to work alongside, and we’re always happy to support the sites they manage.

Rowan have managed our block in St Annes on Sea since September’25 and i’m sorry we didn’t find them sooner.
All the staff are friendly and professional and haven’t needed reminding about anything asked of them. Our main contact is Amy and she’s very proactive and her letter writing is of a high standard.

We have had excellent service from Rowen, especially Ed. They have supported us with both the smaller issues and the major works.

Rowan, specifically Ed Wilson, provides a professional and efficient property management service to us at Romney Grange. Always quick to respond and signpost where necessary. It is extremely useful to have a knowledgeable and reliable resource.

Excellent experience during the extensive roofing works at our apartment block. All works were completed to projected timescales and closely project managed by Stuart at Rowan. The grounds were left clean and tidy on completion. Thanks to Tom and Stuart for all their hard work in driving the project from start to completion.

Just a short note to give you some feedback on Connor’s work for Kents Bank Apartments.

I’m prompted to write today because of some very wise and useful advice that Connor sent me yesterday about handling small contractor jobs and dealing with differing judgements from advisers. Those pieces of advice made a lot of sense and will save me time, money and worry as we go forward.

More generally, Connor has tackled a wide range of issues for us since we became one of your clients back in April, and he has done it all with patience, knowledge and skill. He has always dealt promptly with our business, and the contractors to whom he has introduced us have performed well. With Gillian, he has found us new policies which have saved us money on both property insurance and directors’ and officers’ insurance. The solutions he has suggested have been effective and, importantly for me, made common sense. He seems always looking to strike a balance between getting us the best result and doing it in a way which also gets value for money for KBAMC.
