Leisure lake bikes in Lancaster saved my bike trip and helped me with fixing a new seat clip for the saddle as it was broken. They were friendly and super helpful. I was very relieved as I came up from London and couldn’t find a shop who had the right clip to fix. Thank you

i go on a 3 day mtb holiday tomorrow. this morning my ebike kept switching itsself off. i called the local store at 9am and explained my problem and the fact im due to go away tomorrow. eventhough they were fully booked up they still told me to bring my bike in for a diagnostic check. we discovered it was a damaged cable on the range extender. they didnt have one in stock so they are getting one picked up and delivered to them from ulverston - TODAY - so that i can collect it this afternoon. i cant fully express how much i appreciate the assistance they have given me with this and turned what was becoming a worry into something that will be sorted out in time for my trip away. THANK YOU

Fast delivery, good product great price

Good choice and good value components. For most part prompt delivery, but two items missing. Were polite and reponsive on the phone when informing them of the missing items, but it took another reminder to get them to ship these items. All arrived now, so all good in the end.
