Leoht, great people and great customer service
Earlier this year I was looking for a solar & battery solution to help with the rising cost of electricity.
I learned the basics and gathered several quotes all with the same outlying requirements.
I initially spoke with Jay from Leoht, I'd filled in several online contact forms and Jay was replying to that.
He gathered a few details and then promised to have a proposal back ASAP.
I did contact Leoht again, I had further information that they needed to scope the solution correctly.
I spoke to Thomas, the owner many times through-out the initial phases, with Thomas creating several additional proposals to cover my latest idea so I could visualise the changes and see the figures.
After selecting one of the proposals I contacted Thomas and we set up a time/date for a site visit, he arrived on time, checked the measurements, etc, looked in the loft to check the roof and the location I had chosen for the batteries and inverter and he confirmed the proposal was valid, so it was now technically a quote.
After accepting the quote Thomas booked me in and from then on it went just as smooth as the rest of the process.
Steve and Dougie turned up, Steve had the front panels in place while Dougie sorted the electrics and the power was off for a maximum of an hour.
Thomas was onsite to ensure everything went well and to handover the documentation pack.
Even though the solution has been in and running for a couple of months now I still get emails from Thomas asking how things are, how the system is performing, etc.
I would highly recommend Leoht to anyone looking for a solar and/or battery solution.
