Le bouquet exactement comme sur les photos.
Une expérience très bonne ! Ils ont fait une exception et ont envoyé les fleurs le dimanche, alors qu'ils ne travaillent normalement pas ce jour-là, juste parce que j'avais mentionné que c'était l'anniversaire de la personne ce jour-là. Merci beaucoup pour votre service !

Alles war einfach, übersichtlich. Lieferung ist pünktlich erfolgt und die Qualität und Quantität der Blumen war sehr gut

Would not recommend. The flowers were supposed to be delivered on Friday. I received a message asking if I want to cancel or have it delivered on Saturday. I did not hear anything back except that it had been delivered on Monday. 3 days too late!

Finger weg von dieser Firma, Lieferung einen Tag zu spät und schlechte Qualität, zudem wollen Sie einem grad noch eine weitere Bestellung andrehen, alles total überteuert. Nie mehr.

Exactly a month after the order of (funeral) flowers - not delivered - I still have not received a full refund. No replies from Customer Service! I am now filing a complaint with the Swiss Consumer Affairs Bureau and the Worldwide Consumers' Association. Stay away of this company!

I ordered flowers for a funeral in Davos that had never been delivered! However, the service was marked as "completed" and no one bothered to follow up with me or with the florists and to check what went wrong on the ground. A week later I still have not received a refund and not a word when this will be made. Finally, the communication has been very slow and unreliable throughout. I explained several times the sad occasion and the importance of the date/time of the delivery, to no avail - no one paid attention (no delivery).

Facile pour la commande et le payement.
Mais le bouquet reçu par la destinataire était pour la moitié ruiné.
Il faut mieux surveiller vos prestataires fleuristes !!

Beau choix de bouquets sur internet.Commande aisée à remplir et surtout livraison en un temps record👏!

Die Qualität der Blumen war schlecht, ok, es waren Rosen und es ist Winter, trotzdem, 1. Lieferung hingen die Köpfe der Rosen nach 3 Tagen, man hat uns danach eine neue Lieferung zugestellt und uns unterstellt das wir zu wenig Wasser geben. 2. Lieferung waren die Köpfe nach 1 Tag schon nach unten geneigt. Es sind nicht die ersten Rosen die wir hatten ;-)

Le bouquet est pauvre comparé au prix. Je comprends le coût des fleurs etc mais il y a plusieurs manières de faire de beaux bouquets avec peu de fleurs. Il était petit et mal fait. Très déçue.
Sinon livreur ponctuel et pro.

J ai commandé des fleurs pour les 100 ans d une dame cher à mon cœur, fleurs pas livrées, 1ere excuse ,trafic, 2 ème excuse personne à l adresse ,(home pour personnes âgées🤔🤔🤔l anniversaire et malheureusement passé, aucun geste envers cette dame comme excuse,de simple petites excuses ,je ne vous dit pas mon ressenti,il aurait était bien d envoyer au moins un petit bouquet à la dame en expliquant le problème

Order 962322 Nov 30 in Lugano was WONDERFUL. A beautiful crown of amazing flowers, Thank you very much. Order 962265 Nov 29 done by GD Flowers in Geneva was so ugly that I almost removed it from my neighbors front door. The presentation was APPALLING and the same amount of money got me 3 flowers, huge round silver plastic balls and an sms from Christiane in that flower shop that was rude. The difference in quality and quantity are immense between these 2 flower shops. (this is the FIRST time I have ever given a review online but I had to tell you)

Excellent service, à l'heure comme prévu, rien à redire

Habe schon viele Male diese Dienstleistung in Anspruch genommen. War bisher zufrieden. Leider hat es dieses Mal nicht funktioniert wie gewünscht. Ich wünschte die Lieferung am Dienstag, was mir vor der Zahlung auch bestätigt wurde doch nach der Zahlung steht auf der Bestätigung, dass die Lieferung am Mittwoch erfolgen wird. Am Mittwoch ist die Lieferung um 17 Uhr nicht eingetroffen. Die Empfängerin hat Feierabend. Wirklich schade.
