Friendly, but slow service. 3 hours for a 1/2 hour diagnostic. Then I waited the next week with an appointment for a. hour before my car was serviced. numerous cars with flats or leaks in tires were serviced before me. If I had not asked about the delay I would have waited much longer. Overall the work on my car was completed. So if you go to Les Schwab plan on your appointment not meaning much. I doubt I will buy from Les Schwab again

My husband hit the corner piece of cement in a parking lot.Blew the right front tire but needed to replace the back tire also.The tires only had 8 thousand miles on it so it was practically new.Forgot to ask for the back tire back and called to see if he could get the one good tire back and they said they threw it out.It was a new tire why would they throw it out not even 24 hours later. I don’t believe them.This happened at Les Schwab in Mountain Home. I have never had a problem with Les Schwab in Meridian but this really upset me.Been going to Les Schwab for over 30 years.The 2 tires were over 500.00

my step daughter took her 06 Impala to the les Schwab in Bennett Colorado for oil change she is a 20 year old Asian I have work in auto repair for over 65 years never in my life seen a bigger rip off in my life 67.99 inner tie rod I have checked it out the only thing they changed was the right outer tie rod 100.00 for 5 quarts of oil OMG and it only got worse never again

Les Schwab is just down the street from my office; they came in today to promote their business. I was in need of an oil change and tire rotation, they offered to take my vehicle for me, service my SUV and bring it back! That was amazing! They did a great job, great pricing and super friendly. I would highly recommend this company for your tires, oil changes and brakes. I will definitely be going back!

I took my honda to get my TPMS sensor replaced, sat there for 6 hours and I ended up with transmission issues that weren't there before. Never been more fustrated

Worst service ever from the Rocklin Ca location. I am a long time Les Schwab customer at a different location. Anyway the Rocklin location agreed to drive my car back to me and drop off to me at my work place after the service. My work place is literally 4 minutes away from their shop. I called 2 hours ahead if this is possible and they say yes. After the service was done. They call me and say that they are too busy to bring my car to me. And that their shop is a very busy shop and they don’t have people to bring me my car. I told them that I was told that that service is available for me and now they are saying they’re too busy to serve a service that they promised. Bad customer service.

BEST place in West Fargo to get a tire repaired that's for sure ‼️I had a tire that was leaking air in this really cold weather, so they removed the tire and put it in a dunk tank. They could see bubbles coming out of it, so they replaced the "corroded valve" that was causing the problem with a brand new one...FREE OF CHARGE‼️‼️How NICE was that!!!!! Great customer service ‼️‼️👍

I bought a battery from the Les Schwab located at 4805 Evergreen Way, Everett, WA 98203 in April 2024. In September 2025 I woke up to a dead battery. I jumped it and went into the Les Schwab location where I purchased it. I asked them to test the battery. They said the test came back and everything was fine. A couple weeks later, the battery was dead again. I jumped it and at this point had to take it to a Jeep dealer for diagnostic because Les Schwab said the battery was fine. I thought maybe it was something else. The Jeep dealer couldn't get to it for 4 days, so unfortunately I was out of a vehicle. When they finally did the diagnostic, there was a dead cell in the battery! The diagnostic test cost me around $200. I called Les Schwab and they told me in order for them to replace the faulty battery I bought from them, I would have to bring it back so they could test it again to determine if it was a faulty battery. Why couldn't I just send them the diagnostic and they refund me the money. Do what's right. I was definitely not going to swap the battery for another Les Schwab battery. Not after experiencing the lack of battery testing knowledge from Les Schwab. Do better Les Schwab!

Terrible experience. Went in 4 different times for the same issue and every time they told me it was something different. Plus the mechanics cut corners and are lazy. Very unprofessional. Will not take my car there again.

I was shocked to see that more than 68% of Les Schwab’s Trustpilot reviews are negative, but unfortunately, my recent experience confirms that this decline in service is very real.
I’ve been a loyal Les Schwab customer for over 20 years, across multiple vehicles and locations. I trusted the name and the service. That is until my experiences at the Ashland, Oregon location.
Right before a holiday trip, my new car battery died, and in a panic, I called Les Schwab Ashland for help. I was told a service truck could come jump my car for $80, which surprised me. When I asked for clarification and was transferred to the Assistant Manager, the conversation became dismissive and condescending. Instead of helping resolve the issue, he repeatedly told me I should be “grateful” and emphasized that in his “13 years working there,” services are rarely done for free. I wasn’t asking for free service; I was simply trying to understand the charge for one trip and not the other.
To make matters worse, they did not have a battery in stock for my vehicle regardless the car was already in their system from previous work (including rotor service). I canceled my holiday trip and waited until Friday, December 26th, expecting the battery would be ordered by then. It was not.
On Friday, I again requested help jumping the vehicle and was told someone would be sent out. On Saturday at 4:00 PM, I was informed the wrong battery had been ordered for the second time. No one showed up. Sunday, there was no service at all.
In total, I went nearly five days without a vehicle due to repeated errors, lack of follow-through, and complete indifference. At one point, I was quoted $180 for a service vehicle to travel less than half a block to jump the car or install a battery, which again, was incorrect.
I even provided a separate phone number, circled clearly on the service paperwork, yet they still called the wrong number.
There were no apologies, no flexibility, and no sense of accountability. As someone who values supporting local businesses, even when they cost more, his experience was incredibly disappointing affirming the decline of Les Schwab and I will never support the Ashland Les Schwab location again.

i have been a customer of Les Schwabe St. John's Portland location. Sandra is AMAZING! i always leave her feeling good, safe, heard and taken care of as well as recommended anyone who mentions tire to me to St. Johns Les Schwabe. i have been to a couple other locations over the years while on the road... in Oregon and California. they are all mostly good.. Ukiah locations was also good..

however, the St. Johns Location is top tier in customer service thank you Sandra and the work and care the rest if the team puts in AWESOME!

This review is for the Clarkston Washington location. I purchase a battery June of 2024 took it in as it was dying on me October of 2025. They would not replace because they could not find the receipt. Their name plastered all over the battery with the date that they sold it and they would not warranty it. I won't be buying batteries from Les Schwab. Les Schwab is really changed since they sold out. Also, the managers at the Clarkston location have different views of running the place. In my opinion, the only manager there is worth anything is Corey. I don't like any other one.

Trevor and the team were all super helpful, explaining findings, providing recommendations and going over the warranty details. Most appreciatively, they entertained my request to keep the decisions simple with a "We got you!" response. There service is outstanding! Thank you so much!

I went to 4 different locations within a week. Needed to have them check my tires (there back country tires) tread depth. Tires were wearing out fast. All 4 locations gave me different readings. Now these tires have a 60,000 mile wear warranty. Tires only have 31,500 miles on them, and wore out already. Also be advised these tires are terrible on wet roads, slide all over the place. So asked about there wear warranty. On place said they would give me 20% off of a new set of tires, then tried wheeling and dealing with me on cost. Reminded me of a car sales person. Told me I was making a mistake because he was the best price in town. 2nd place said warranty was he would give me a complete refund on what I paid for the tires 5 years ago, and I pay the difference of a new set of tires. But I had to drive my truck around 5000 miles more to get tread down to around 3/32, then come back and see him. The 3rd said he would give me 46% off of a new set of tires. Oh also first guy told me the tires I was looking at another tire dealer were Walmart tires, well no they are not. Can't believe Schwab has gone down hill so much over the years. Terrible, get your locations all on the same page, and have a standard across all locations on your warranty policy. Also stop selling low quality tires with your name on them.

I recently discovered two nails in my right front tire, prompting a visit to the new Les Schwab in West Valley. After checking in and explaining the problem, a work order was created. However, an hour later, I asked the manager, Jack, why my car was still unattended. I learned there were customers ahead of me with appointments, and others in similar situations were waiting as well. I observed six workers in the back, yet none were addressing flat tires.

As a loyal customer for 25 years with a solid track record, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of customer service I experienced today. It’s clear that your team would benefit from training in customer care. Regrettably, this experience has led me to reconsider my ongoing patronage. It's disheartening to think that a quarter-century of loyalty could be overshadowed by a single unsatisfactory visit.

I filled out a credit application on their website and was approved for $1500 for much needed brakes
I went into the store and they denied me the credit
So disappointed

Les Schwab stores are independently owned & operated so they are not "equals". Certain services are in common & free, such as flat tire repairs & that is appreciated but that is where the "in common" ends. My 2016 MINI Cooper S computers indicated that my front brake pads life were coming to an end so while I was getting a flat on my truck fixed I got a quote for the brake job & got a quote for over $1200. OUCH !!! Went to my home town Les Schwab store in Sequim WA got a quote for $345 but ended up at $590 as the rotors suffered a (legit)corrosion problem & required replacement, but still at half the cost AND the finished product is perfect, no squeaking, rattling, pulsating or other common complaints. The staff at this store are the best, Reed & Noah to name a couple with refreshing sense of humors. Bottom line this is a trustworthy place for much more than flat tire repairs

Les Schwab took advantage of older lady who came in with her daughter to inquire about 2 tires replacement, Les Schwab rep asked for $100 deposit to reserve tire order (were not never told it’s non-refundable) - tires were never delivered or installed. The order was canceled next day but management refused to refund $100.

Terrible customer service - Armando promised to call back and did not and neither did their general manager.

We told Armando the reason for canceling - the same 2 tires are being offered at America’s Tire for $400 less - shame on Les Schwab for ripping off customers and taking advantage of old women. Now we’re filing complaint with BBB and engaging other avenues to get our $100 back - will never be back here and can’t recommend.
