I had placed an order back inMay.. still not here.. I keep emailing them, they answered once and said they were processing it, ( that was in JUNE) and I could see updates on that update box.. Big deal.. I checked today.. still processing that damn tshirt. Won't order again

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered a shirt 06/03 and STILL has not shipped. every time I contact them get same auto generated email that it will ship soon. got one that "ensured" it would ship by 07/01 and it is now 07/06 and STILL has not shipped. This was supposed to be a fathers day present awesome job guys, you SUCK!!! I have complained to the BBB about the SCAM this company is. I also have complained to Paypal and my credit card company so I can get my money back. They blame the delays on covid yet list their location as in the United States. I have ordered things from outside US in this pandemic and they still got here faster. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! SCAM 100%

Don't order from this company! I have been waiting for a t-shirt for over a month, and no reliable explanation when I contact the company. There is no phone number that I can find, the live chat does not work, and the email replies are form response letters. Not good!!!

Ordered a shirt for my dad for Father’s Day June 4th. It is now July 5th, Father’s Day is long gone and I still don’t have the t-shirt. I have tried twice to contact them by email. There is not a way to speak with a person. Order status says “printing” for several weeks now. Not worth the trouble! Don’t order from them.

The delivery time was not the best but neither was as any other companies during COVID-19. One reviewer wrote that the shirts ran small so I ordered an x-tea large. When I received the shirt It was enormous. I emailed them and they sent me another shirt one size smaller at no charge and didn’t ask for the other shirt back. I truly appreciated that. Thank you!

Received the shirt just literally one day before fathers day! My husband loved it! Great Fit and quality. Loved that it was tagless!! Thank you for a great product!

Still no shirt 1 month later! I have contacted them 4 times and received the same copy and paste non-answer. If COVID is impacting your business, why do you continue to mass market on Facebook? Scam!

Ordered two t-shirts, one arrived in @one month, second one three months later. Never explained why such a delay or why one came and second one didn’t.
Both shirts are cute and love both but they need to get it together as far as shipping and updates to customer.

I agree with those who claim these guys are a scam. Covid-19 is impacting a lot of industries, but for some reason, other t-shirt companies are still able to ship within a reasonable amount of time. If an order stays 4 weeks in "processing" status and only moves to "printing" when you ask to cancel the order, then stays another couple of weeks in "printing" status and never gets "shipped" - these guys are either not in the U.S., or they don't do work. Print your own t-shirts, or get them from a small, local business.

I love the shirt I got, it’s comfortable & the print is on point. I will definitely be ordering more from them.

My fiancé loved his shirt he’s a big guy so It’s hard find shirts that fit him so was happy that u guys did sizes up to 6xl it fit him very well n the printing on shirt was nice also the material of tshirt felt good i would definitely buy from u guys again

When I saw these masks, I knew I had to have them because they made me laugh. I was not worried about the time delay in obtaining the masks as I knew Letibee was running behind due to Covid.

Until, that is, a month passed, and I thought I was a victim of a Facebook scam. I contacted the company twice via telephone to check on my order status, which was always the same. I was able to chat with a customer service rep, who was fantastic. The rep immediately understood my concern and assured me the masks would be mailed the following week.

Letibee followed through on its promise, and I am a happy customer. I recommend these masks and this company.

Still no mask, ordered and paid for first week of May. After reading many recent testimonials, I see now that I'm far from alone in frustration with this company. So is there anyone out thee that knows the legal steps to stop this kind of scam? Consumers stuck at home are especially vulnerable to this lameness. I've attempted to communicate with these (?), and continually get caught up in the same bs loop.

To be fair i got my T-shirt within 3 weeks and it was good. Love the cat motif and happy with T shirt, but it took from the time of my order 7 May to Friday 26th June to receive the mask I ordered. You can’t speak to customer service. There is just an automated message which said your order will be there in 5 days and this was not the case! I understand that its difficult with Covid etc but really you need to provide better customer service if you ever expect any repeat business.. I was afraid i was being scammed until the mask finally arrived...

Ordered a shirt for my dad for Father’s Day. I ordered on June 5th hoping it would get to my place by the 21st. That didn’t happen which I was understanding about. What I don’t understand is how it is June 26th and all they have done so far is printed the shirt. It is (processing) and has been for 10 days. Wonder if I’ll ever get the shirt. Maybe for Father’s Day next year.

I ordered a shirt. They never sent me any email confirmation. I only had my paper trail through Paypal.
Was about to cancel for fraud because I had no way to contact the company and didn't even know when or if my t-shirt was going to get shipped. Almost a month later it did arrive, but the shirt was torn. The print quality is awful. I paid $30 for a fruit of the loom t-shirt with a bad iron on print. Stay away from this company.

Its been 2 months . havent received nothing yet .. Lame ass company. So ima steal there design of the shirts i ordered and make them myself.. I hope every one who works with this company develops some kind of blood disease... #pussies

I don't even want to give them one star, but the website will not allow you to review anything without a rating! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I found out this company has different names and their website is based in Vietnam. All I get is auto-generated responses regarding my never received order. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! They also advertise on etsy as well as facebook. BOGUS COMPANY. Report them to your state attorney general's office and the Better Business Bureau.

I believe this company along with several others the TV show up on these threads are all run out of a company in California which goes by dozens of different names. They all seem to have the same pattern. They take months to arrive and then they are nowhere near what is promised I now have a letter going to the California Attorney General and I need them to find out all the companies that this front is. Facebook is just as guilty for running these ads they have to be aware how many complaints there are, playing dumb doesn't cut it

Not sure why they provide a phone number since it doesn't go to a person. After not receiving the mask I ordered over a month after I ordered it, I filed a claim simply stating that I did not receive it. And received this BS email:

Thank you for your patience. I'm sorry to hear that your order RL-10278-39759 did not meet your expectations. We have carefully reviewed your claim CM-10250-49714.

Unfortunately, the following items were not approved:
Cat Ew People Cloth face mask x 1
Reason: item has not been shipped

So I'm confused. What exactly did you 'carefully review' and you are not approving the mask that was not shipped?
