Creditor thanks to level one law. Also they have treated me with respect and I know if I have any questions I can just pick up the phone and call them. I strongly recommend this program. You will feel a weight lifted off of you.

No communication! I email and call on the phone and still my needs go unanswered! This is a long arduous process which is stressful and destroys your credit! In 7 months I have one account settled

Good customer service. Very nice

The communication was great at beginning but I’ve called emailed and asked for call back only to get please call the same number that couldn’t answer my questions the first time. My rep who promised to be with me through it all stopped returning my calls and stopped responding to my emails. Not happy

This program made me feel that in the future my life would be a lot happier because I’ll be debt free. And they make sure that you’re updated on the process and transactions that they’re doing. I’m confident enough that they will help me throughout the end of my program. Thank you.

Very simply: I send a letter, through your site on the 5th of December, agreeing to pay Truist/Suntrust on one of the card.
On the 6th I got two emails asking to take a decision, and on the 7th, 3 more. I understanding that your system is automatized, but it is a bit annoying nonetheless.
Otherwise, I don't have to many thing to complain about, except about pressured, to take a loan, which I cannot do now, especially at the rate it was proposed, basically the same as some cards I am trying to pay. I did found that a bit disappointing, unexpected, and a bit pushy. A much lower interest rate would have been more logical and certainly more helpful. Some greedy cards when they felt that I was in trouble because I was just paying the minimum every months, in their generous mental sickness, raised my interest rate, a few up to 5 points. I was kind enough not to file bankruptcy, because it is not in my genes, but sometimes, I regret. Perhaps the CEO schmock at Chase, making 90K A DAY, could loan me some. That should not change his lifestyle, too painfully.

Seems to be pretty good. Still waiting for my first bill to be paid off. Taking longer than I thought and am actually a little brevous about it.Hope to hear something soon.

Be careful!!! this a scam..... most of your monthly payment will be fees!!!! out of my $1200 payment only $250 was sent to my creditors !!!! look for the fees what they told me was a lie $800 more monthly

So far everything has been working as promised.
