Brush off on Refund for Returned Item
I bought a Lexivon socket set, on Wal-mart,com, then initiated a return. Lexivon email a reurn shipping label, and I returned the item, per their instructions. Tracking shows that Lexivon received the item, and Wal-mart refunded the item. Fast forward a few weeks, and I get a email from Wal-mart, stating that they are re-charging me for the item, because it was never returned. Apparently, no one at Lexivon informed Wal-mart that they received the item. I contacted Lexivon again, forwarded them the charge notice from Wal-mart, as requested, and was told the would contact wal-mart to get it resolved. 5 days have passed, so I replied to their last email, and got instant AI message asking silly questions, about the order, that it just keeps sending, regardless of answer. Total brush off. Now I have to contact Wal-mart, and hopefully the tracking info will straighten it out. They have already wasted more valuable time than the item was worth. Steer clear of this shifty company.
