I couldn’t recommend Rob any more. I had a somewhat complex loan and Rob never made me feel like I was wasting his time or asking for too much. I work for a Bank that wouldn’t even look at my lending needs but Rob took it on and even when faced with different hurdles, he worked his magic and got it across the line for me. Thanks to Rob and all his hard work, I am looking forward to being in my own home very shortly. I wouldn’t be in such a position if it wasn’t for Rob. Forever grateful and happy to have come across Rob!

Rob Lee went above and beyond to help us buy our first home. He made the whole process very easy and straight forward. Pleasure to deal with and we will be using Rob for all our future financial needs.

Absolutely outstanding!! If We had any questions Rob had the answer. He explained everything in dept, he truely went above and beyond to make our first time building/ buying a breeze.

When I first met with Rob he told me there would be no problem with the loan in what I saw as a complex situation. 9 weeks letter the loan was still not approved and the vendors were about to pull the pin on my purchase so I went directly to a big 4 bank who had the loan approved in 4 days.
Sadly the vendors had lost faith and had not granted yet another extension on loan approval so I lost the property. During the 9 weeks Rob changed what I could loan a number of times and kept asking for further paperwork despite saying in the initial email that the list he provided was all that was needed. It was as an extremely disappointing process and when explanations were requested during the process Rob did not see it as his role to explain.

I found Rob to be very helpful and always answered my queries promptly. I was very dissatisfied with Liberty staff and the length of time they took to do everything involved. This loan application took the whole six weeks and was only approved a few days before settlement which was very disappointing.
People working from home should not take as long and also should request all the necessary information up front not something new every week.
