We had such a positive experience working with Ruth as our broker. From the very beginning, she was incredibly supportive, always taking the time to explain things clearly and make sure we felt comfortable with every step of the process.

Her communication was amazing as she kept us updated regularly, responded quickly to any questions and made what could have been a really stressful time feel so much more manageable. It honestly felt like she genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us, not just doing her job.

After finding Ruth I wouldn’t contemplate using any other lender. Excellent service.

Ruth Midelton has been an absolute godess whilst helping us through the minefield that has been thrown in front of us to get a mortgage. We could not have asked for a kinder more respectful person. All the months leading up to settlement were a nightmare but Ruth set our minds at ease with her help. Then while she was away for a while her daughter stepped in to continue the awesomeness.
