Ruth went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get the finance we needed even when the banks were being difficult to deal with.

After the difficulty displayed from heritage bank, Ruth’s tireless hard work and determination reached our goal securing a construction loan. Ruth was always on hand to assist at anytime we required her input and assistance. For any other person who were to experience the difficulty displayed by the banks like we initially did would have a negative attitude but with Ruth it was still a stress free experience as we knew we get the result. Highly recommend to others and have done. Thank you.

Where we live, in middle Victoria, we do not get good internet service. Thus we were often late in sending information required. Also every so often we were asked for more information, some that had already been sent. It took almost 8 months for our deal to be finalised.

In our area, don’t always receive the internet, so to communicate with emails only is sometimes difficult. A phone call occasionally would be helpful and a time when to call when convenient would be helpful
