Where most companies would try and throw you off with industry jargon and many different options, Neil kindly explained the different options available and talked me through the whole process. It was very challenging completing a re-mortgage under the lockdown scenario. However, prior to the lockdown Priya was right on top things at every stage, despite a number of issues, she responded promptly and kept her sense of humour which helped us as we were finding it quite stressful at times.

In spite of a complicated case, which required more efforts than usually, and the extremely difficult working conditions related to the COVID-19 quarantine, the work has been done very professionally and without any extra charges. I highly recommend this company and its competent team to anyone who needs an advice or assistance with a mortgage application.

After a lot of delays and bumps in the road with my previous IFA, when this was all handed over to Vincent Hornsby and Nicola Creelman, what had taken nearly 3 months to get to this stage, was completed (to mortgage offer stage) within a few weeks.
